Unauthorized billing
I have only received one box of 60 Wu-Yi Tea bags and from 10th June - 10 July I have been charged from my bank account a total of £39.58 - please cancel and it is costing too much for a box of tea bags.

Did not cancel my order per my request
I contacted the phone number on their web page for cancellation, followed their directions in March 2008 and they are still taking monthly payments out of my bank account. They also kept sending me boxes of tea for 2 months after my cancellation, the tea stopped arriving in April and they doubled the order of delivery before it stopped coming. I have tried to call and send an e-mail to no avail. So I am requesting my bank to stop all and any payments to this company. I will never recommend them to anyone. Hope that anyone reading this will think twice before ordering.

Scam charges
They sent me a box of tea to loose weight in which i tried. It made me very sick so i called them and canceled my order. They said that they would cancel my order. I never received anything else but every month they attach my credit for Iw/living lean for $19.95 and Wu-yisource.com for $29.95.

Refuse to honor autoship cancellation
Wu-Yi is a company that is out to take the consumer's money any way they can get it, and they don't care whether you like their product or not. Once they get your credit information, they will continue to debit your account every two months without your permission. Even when you e-mail them and tell them you don't want the product any longer they still continue to send autoships and debit your account.
I wish I knew how to stop them. They are hurting so many people with these illegal processes. Customers have a right not to like or purchase a product and shouldn't be unwillingly forced to purchase products they don't want.

They will not cancel my order
I can't get a hold of wu yi source to cancel my order. Does anyone have any suggestions? Help!! This company is a fraud! I e-mailed the company that under my physician's suggestions because of my medical history, it would not be a good idea for me to drink this tea. I notified wu yi source, informed them of this and now I can't get a response back from them. Does anyone have the address out there for me to send the unopened package back to them. This is also information that I'm unable to get from the company. (Even though they state that they would like the unused merchandise returned...my box is still unopened!) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No tracking nr to refuse a new shipment
Last mo I ordered a Wu-Yi tea for free trial. But for free trial i had to pay $ 29.95. It said that I have 14 days to cancel, and 90 days for money back guaranteed if no satisfied. I wrote a message to cancel in 30 days, the did not respond. I called on June 19 to check if they got my message and find out that I was charged 3 more times for the new shipments for$29.95 on June 6th, 08, then $19.95 0n June 16th, 08, and then @34.90 on June 17, 08! They keep charging my account every 3 days!
I noticed that the company have 2 names : Wu-Yu source and Livinglean. They promise to returned my money back if I refuse the packages that where sent on June 16. I called to UPS asking to not deliver the package so far to Lithuania, but they asked for a tracking Nr. I did not get a new tracking Nr from the Wu-Yi company, so was speaking to life person an the sight and requested the tracking Nr. The person wrote me that the tracking nr will be sent in a few min. to my email account, but I never received it. after a few hours I wrote to other life person with the same request, but she said that tey do not have a tracking nr yet!!?? 3 days later after sending the package to me? She said to call back in 2-3 business days. By that time it will be too late, because the package will be left by my door!
I think this company is not very honest, doing only that the best in there interest. Never informed that the other shipments will be sent so often. The tea did not work for me! I did not lose any lb! Even gained a few pounds. I will be complaining to BBB if they do not refund me in full which is $ 114.75.

Unauthorized charges
In January, I ordered a FREE trial of Wu-Yi tea, my acct was initially charged a shipping fee only. After 14 days, the understanding was that my acct would be charged 37.00 for the tea which was understood. After the first month I canceled and no subsequent charges from Wu-Yi source have been realized. However in February and March, I noticed a charge for 19.95 from Living Lean. I had not authorized and was not familiar with the company so I contacted them on the toll free number on my bank statement (866-396-5711). I was informed that they were Raven Media and handle several things, one Wu-Yi and Living Lean.
When I explained that I had canceled Wu-Yi and didn't know why they were still charging me, the representative stated that I had not canceled Living Lean. I told her I didn't even know what that was and that I had not signed up for it. She said it was weight loss counseling/support and that it was in the terms and conditions on the Wu-Yi website before entering credit card information. I don't know about the rest of you but I am pretty sure I would have noticed something stating they were going to charge me $19.95 monthly in addition to tea.
I then elaborated that I had not even received any information for this service so how could I be expected to even know/use it. I finally managed to get them to credit me for one charge of $19.95. So I am still out $20--I am going to pursue with my bank.
If anyone wants their snail mail address, I requested it from the agent though I am sure it will go nowhere--these guys are a bunch of scam artists. I thought possibly that reporting to the Better Business Bureau might be a good avenue to explore. Raven Media, 2620 South Maryland Parkway #969, Las Vegas NV 89109.

unauthorized charges
When I canceled my order, they continued to charge my credit card under a different name. It was in the fine print that stated they will continue to charge me for some motivational weight loss even though I did not receive anything and did not know about it. Even when they confirmed my cancelation, they just charged my credit card under another name. Avoid this company at all costs.

Overcharges
I orderded the tea @9.99 a box. First box free. They send me three more boxes with out my consent and debiting from my account every month 29.99 and over plus 19.99 for God alone knows.They are taking advantage on the public with our Credit Cards info.
