Wu YI Source Reviews

Unauthorized charges
Trial for Wu-YiSource...canceled...they keep taking $29.95 out of account as well as livelifelean.com (sister company) taking $19.95. The only way I could stop was to cancel my debit card and get a new one issued. When my bank talked to them they say in the very fine print it says you are signing up for both of these services.

Debiting Credit Card without permission
I purchased a free 30 day trial of Wu-Yi tea which postage was paid for on my credit card now this company is debiting my Mastercard with other payments without my permission. What an unlawful act in this economic climate, shame, shame, shame.

charges
A lesson in reading the small print. Was happy to pay trial price was not aware that you became 'affiliated 'with all these other companies who carried on taking money off my credit card for 3 months after I cancelled the tea and its taken me that long to find phone nubers and contact them .I will not be fooled again and will read the small print in future.Very clever how they say you cannot claim back over charges so they are guaranteed to get a couple of months money of everyone before people cancel.

After Cancellation $19.95 kept deducting from my account
I ordered Wu Yi Tea for weight loss and it started coming in by multi packages/boxes so I called and they had placed on hold and then started delivering again so I cancelled and they have been charging my account every month since last year. This is a Scam and stealing from individuals in the USA. I did not keep up with the account and notice when my bank ask me about some other scams on my account. I had a hard time getting them to cancel this from my account they tranferred me to a manager and when I said Credit Cancelor they hung up on me. I called back and Explained to the person who answered to not hang up and to cancell my account and explained what happened and she claims she did successfully cancell it. and no money would be no longer taken out. there Number is 866-611-1025.

membership scam
this company is a SCAM do not under any circumstances agree to the "free sample" - there is no free sample it is a SCAM!! you will not only be billed 60$ immediately (plus the shipping and handling fee that they claim is the onlly cost associated with the "trial") BUT YOU WILL BE BILLED OTHER CHARGES FROM OTHER COMPANIES!! The are apparantly all a part of the "trial agreement" and fees from other companies will shpw up on your credit card statement like pests that you can't get rid of!! The charges range from 1$ to 60$ a month and will catch you off guard as there are so many small charges so they are not as wasy for you to notice them. If you want to diepute the chagges you have to call a seperate 1800 # for each of the various charges and will be forced to wait on long calls, speaking with rude people who are not interested in refunding your money and make YOU feel like a criminal instead of a victim...I have been scammed - PLEASE avoid WU-YI SOURCE and EASYWEIGHTLOSS TEA.

Recd package not ordered - charged my credit card without my knowledge
Would be interested to know if the people who are getting these packages have Capitol One Cards as I do and if they are unemployed and using the payment protection company for their payments. Trying to figure out how in the world they got my credit card number. I went on line and started checking out my credit cards since I have not been using them for months and sure enough, here were charges from this company and something called Web Access company, but the same amount. I called immediately and had my card cancelled and reported fraud against them. Will go to the post office tomorrow and file a complaint with them. The return address on the package is: Wu-Yi-USA Army Post Dist Ctr 3600 Army Post Road
Des Moines IA 50321.

Unauthorized charges
I canceled this 3 days after I received the trial I think it was October, then in November they sent 1st shipment and I sent it back to 'Return to Sender'. They charged my credit card $59.95. I called and they said it would take 30 days for the refund when they received the package back. As of February 1st no refund. Then on February 19th there are Intl Fee charges of $1.20, WU YI Tea $59.95, 2/20 Membership charge $9.95 and another Intl Fee $0.20. I've called and get no help in this matter. They did refund the $59.95 for November but will not refund the other charges until I pay to shipment their mistake back and they will not refund my money for shipping it back.

I just want to get rid of these people. They are a RIP OFF.

extra charges
I ordered the WuYi source tea as well, and there acai berry pills. for the 14 day trial. after 7 days, i was doing my banking and found a $57.75 charge from them on my statement. i went straight home and called them to cancel, they guy on the other end pretty much told me he WASNT cancelling me and that i would have to call before Feb 2nd to cancel again, well i did this...no answer. i wrote a horrible nasty email to the wuyi staff, saying that my lawyer is going to be in touch with them. They told me that they were taking me out of their system. and that if i returned everything i would get my money back, so i packaged everything up, and got a tracking number from the post. the package was delivered to them 2 weeks ago, and another charge has been put on my card for $57.75.. needless to say, i'm cancelling my credit card, and speaking to a lawyer. maybe class action????? so in other words... dont do it, and thank you facebook for the hassle...bastards!

Rip off
I to ordered my free trial of wuyi tea from wuyi source. I started using the tea but I guess I didn't read or didn't understand that for 60 tea bags I was paying 59.99 a box. What??? and also that the free trial box of 60 would then also cost me 59.99 once I realized I was paying that amt for only 60 tea bags I cancelled the orders and I researched and found that there had been complaints about this company and found more info online about the tea. I also found I could go to my local GNC and get the 60 tea bags for 16.99 and even less if a member. OMG what a rip off!! So needless to say I now go to GNC and continue the tea as it does seem to assist in my weight loss program.
