not aware of this lean Program
This company was unknown to me. How this company manage to get a hold of my credit information is beyond me. I don't think I'm alone when I say that this company is robbing people blind. They take small amount of money hoping that the credit card holder will not notice. I'm glad. I did and can you imagine how many they scam.

I keep getting charged for product that I have not received
I am disputing extra charges on my credit card for the energy pills and I have NEVER received them from "Melt it off". I tried to call and it tool me several tries to get a live person. When I finally did he told me to send the product back for a refund. I told him I NEVER received the product!!
Now I keep getting charged for product that I have not received. I have 3 charges for a total of $77.00 for product not received.
Go onto FTC.com and file a complaint for internet and/or credit card fraud against melt it off. That may help to get them to stop and maybe even go out of business.

This company cost me $350.00
I cancelled my order when I received my first shipment. However, this company continued to ship me the product. They deducted over 102.00 from my bank account and caused it to bounce. This cost me over 350.00 because it caused a ripple effect and I had to pay the NSF that the bounce caused. I provided a letter and a receipt from the mailing source I used and the company stated they never received the product back. BULL! This company is a total scam!!! BEWARE!! If you are interested in drinking this type of tea you can find it under oolong tea at your local market or Asian market

Lied, billed me $59.94 for service I did not order
My credit card was billed 59.94 by Self Help Works. The name showed SHW. Living Lean is not their name. They are part of Wu-Yi Source.
They are committing credit card fraud. I am pissed. Their business is ripping people off.
I spoke with Eileen at self help works (619 296-1881) who tried to convince me I ordered LivingLean. But I just forgot. Well, I didn't just forget. If I had wouldn't the materials be a clear reminder if I had ever received them?
They are liars and scammers. I did not sign up. I wouldn't because doing so is asking for double the trouble with the computer problems and getting unwanted junk mail.
I ordered diet pills from another site which I never got. I can only assume they got my credit card info from them (SHW) and that they are affiliated.

Unauthorized billing
I am posting this complaint to hopefully help some other people who are going through the same scam I went through. I ordered Wu Yi Tea... and they enrolled me in the Living Lean program. So even after I canceled the tea, I was still paying $19.95 a month for this living lean thing. It's listed on my bank statement as www.livelifelean.net which is not even a valid website. So I did some research and I found the phone number to call to cancel. It is 866-396-5711. I talked to someone who could hardly speak english and of course she tried to talk me into staying, but I eventually got my account canceled and was assured that they would not take any more money from my account. For those of you who actually want to give the program a shot, the real website is www.selfhelpworks.com Who knows, maybe it really works?? But I never knew the real website to give it a shot haha. I hope this helps some people.

Beware
The Wu-Yi tea folks offered a free trial offer ($ 1.95 charged for shipping and handling) and since then I have received two bills within the month even though I have not had the chance to try the tea they sent. Attempts to cancel have turned out to be an arduous process. The number listed to call for cancellation is carefully designed to make the task as difficult as possible. They want a written note for cancellation and the website address is long and impossible to decipher from the computerized voice. I dialled the number 3 times to figure out the address that I should write but I could not. I am convinced they have carefully done this to frustrate the callers. Every one beware. Weigh your options carefully BEFORE you order from WU-Yi Source.

The biggest rip off going on the internet
After calling this company and asking for a refund the first person I talked told me that I should go and try the web site out I repeated myself that id like a refund she said id have to talk to her supervisor after a 3-4 min wait some one came on the line and told me to please wait then Click! the phone is disconnected so I call back explain what happen to the next operator and after giving her all my info again the operator informs me that I’ve been refunded for 2 payments not 3 guys this is the biggest rip off going on the internet we need to stop them I’m sure there a lawsuit waiting around some where
I got some of my money back but not all of it and if I don’t get it back the next step is the BBB.

Unauthorized billing
I did not like the product< I requested a refund. They still sent me another shipment which I shipped back, then they refunded only one shipment. They are also charging me $19.95 per month for "living lean" which I did not order. I also have a charge on my credit card that I can't track down. It is WP-Realvnc LTD, which I have an idea is connected to Living lean. The charge was for $50.00. Has anyone else gotten that charge. This company is a huge rip off and I hope they get sued!
