do not want tea and sent back but no refund has been given
I have reseved two boxes of tea and have sent them back but have not been refunded the 29.95 x 2 as of yet. I do not want the tea and I am disputing it through my bank until my refund is refunded. I do not want anymore tea sent to me I will not let you take anymore money from my account.

Beware of them
I don’t know how but somehow I got pulled into this site which said I was entitled for a free weight loss trail & all I had to do was to pay for the postage & handling $4.95. I went through the process & eventually got charged $24.95 & will also get charged $19.95 for another coaching program that they have. Why can’t they state this in the first instance without misleading their customers? Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to locate this site & also their coaching site to try & cancel my membership which I did not want anyway until I tried their tea out.

scammed!
This company is a total scamming ripoff. I joined the free trial & was charged $29.95 & then 2 weeks later I was charged another $34.90 AFTER I had already canceled my 'FREE' trial subscription. I had canceled within the free trial period. They now claim that even though I canceled and was billed the FIRST installment of $34.90, I will continue to be billed for 2 more installments in the next 2 months. This was NOT stated in the Terms & Conditions. Of course, I'll be cancelling my credit card, which is a total inconvenience & I will also be contacting my attorney. FALSE ADVERTISING all over the board! And how bout the prez. on the front page that gives out his cell phone # - guess again. NOT his cell phone # - it's customer service in some other country. How can they say that CNN, FOX, etc. promote them???? BUYER, STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE!!!

Scam charges!
I received the tea with a shipping charge to my VISA card. I tried the stuff and thought it was horrible so, I decided to return it within the free trial period. I called the 800 number and was told to return the unused portion and there would be no further charges. We'll it cost about the same price to send it back as it did to have it shipped. I figured everything was taken care of. Life's good!
In about 3 weeks I get a charge of $19.95 on my VISA card from Living Lean in Las Vegas, Nevada. I had to research where this was coming from and found it affiliated to WI YU Source. I was never sent anything for this $19.95. Do they feel that since you gave them your CC information that they can just rip you off as they like? I feel this is CC fraud and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Luckily I check my VISA account through my credit union daily. I contacted my bank as soon as I saw the charge and they said I had to fill out a dispute form along with the returned shipping receipt, which I luckily saved. VISA has since returned me my $19.95 and will go after the company, I guess?
I've had my VISA card number changed so I can't be ripped off again. These guys are pirates floating in cyper CC space. Watch out!!!

Cannot stop them taking payments!
I signed up for a free trial and received one packet of tea. I have today got my bank statement and two payments have been taken for a total of £26.87 english pounds that i have not sanctioned. Have been on site on the live chat line and young lady said she cannot cancel the payments going out of my account and that i should come on this site, i thought this would be the companies site so that i could put an end to all this.I did not sign up for an ongoing supply of tea or the personal motivational support, which is a small phamplet probably worth 50p. Being in great Britain i am finding hard to sort all this out, my only option seems to be to change my bank account.

i T STARTED WITH FREE TEA BAGS FROM A COMPANY CALLED WUYISOURCE. oF COURSE A CREDIT CARD WAS REQUESTED FOR 'shipping' CHARGES. iN THEIR SPEEL IT WAS INDICATED ONE WOULD AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE A iw living lean MAGAZINE, i BELIEVE DO NOT KNOW SINCE NEVER RECEIVED SAME. BUT AM BEING CHARGED EVERY MONTH THE SUM OF 19.95 FOR SOMETHING NEVER REQUESTED, NOR RECEIVED. HOPE THIS IS THE LAST OF THESE FREE WIYISOURCE TEA BAGS!!! ps CANCELLED BACK IN JAN 08, AND AM STILL BEING CHARGED. THANKS FOR LISTENING/READING.
