I ordered the wu-yi weight loss tea. I called and asked them to cancell me, i found $56 too high, they said they would, but still had to charge me unless i sent the tea back as well!!! Then when I got my credit card bill I saw a charges for $9.95, it said it was a weight loss success guide, i cancelled it, told her I never received it. she said I still had to pay the $9.95 as per the agreement. I saw another charge for $4.95 and have tried for a week to cancell. they had a bogus web site, and the phone numbers are either disconnected, or tell you to go to the web site. which is www.insidersecretsguide.com when I went there I found the complaint dept!!! I called wu-yi and the woman told me to go to wu-yi site and go to the online chat. so I did, and she finally cancelled for me!!! I never received anything for the $4.95 either!!! all I got was a box of tea which I drank and payed 56 dollars for!!! I have been scammed! I paid $14.90 and got absolutely nothing for it!! oh well, my loss. I am positive there are others out there getting ripped off, so I am complaining.

This company promises you a free trial of diet tea, then charges you 60$ a month for it...even for your free 14-day sample. You have to send it back within 14 days if you don't want it, which of course isn't enough time to know if you want it or not. Also, its just Oolong tea, nothing special, you can get it at the grocery store for $5.00, but they charge you $60.00.

Wu Yi Source is a RIP OFF - do not go anywhere near them!!

I went for the trial - which arrived the day after the trail period when I could cancel - they continued to take two unauthorised full payments until I cancelled and even then I was still seeing unidentifiable small amounts coming out - My bank's fraud dept told me to cancel the card as if it was stolen.
I asked Wu-Yi SOurce to send me confirmation that they had destroyed my credit card details and had not handed my cc details on to anyone else. (STILL WAITING)

Before you even consider a cup of second rate tea will work RUN!!! The only weight you will lose from this tea is from your pockets.
Even if you Google WuYi Tea Scam there is a paid add at the top supposedly by a woman who was scammed by other wu yi suppliers and then found the Wu Yi Source worked and was wonderful - So they are even spending Google Ad money for reputation management using SCAM as the keyword.

I received a free month trial of this product and was later sent a full three month supply without ordering it. The charge for this supply was put through on my credit card without my authorisation. I wish for the charges to be reversed as I did not order this product.
I am having trouble contacting the company to ask why they sent me this product and debited my account without my authorisation.

After cancelling and returning the product I was issued a refund, however they subsequently made two charges to my card:

Membership: $9.95
Web Access: $4.95

I am not sure what the membership is, although I am guessing the web access is for using their online chat with customer services, which I used to cancel my order! Neither or these charges were authorised.

I am currently dealing with the these charges via my credit card company.

I would not recommend Wu-Yi Source, in fact - Research the teas weight loss qualities also, simple green tea may well do the same job!!

I hope this is of some use to someone.
