No Refund
I ordered this weight loss tea and canceled because it made me too jittery, lots of caffeine. By the time I had canceled they had shipped me another order for $50+. I returned the product. I emailed and called several times with always the promise they either will refund my returned shipment or have already and it will show up. Finally I called Citibank and they said since the company was based in Israel there was nothing they could do. Then I was looking up Ultra Lean Green Tea, another "weight loss miracle" read the same complaints on this website. Complaints Board you saved me another headache! Thank you.

extra charges
Tea company told me, I could try their tea for $4.95, and when I recieved the shipment, paper work said, they would send more future shipments. I immeaitely called them, and told them, after I try it, I will let them know if I want more in the future. They promised they wouldn't charge anything to my card. They charged $19.95 for some kind of living lean thing. Then, another $29.95 for something. I called them again. They immiately credited the living lean thing. Then, I asked why they didn't credit the $29.99 also, then they tell me, I have to mail the tea back to them to recieve credit. So I did. And never recieved it. I called them again after more than a month. They tried to give me a lot of trouble about tracking numbers, and told me I had to go to web site, and chat with someone to get credit. So I did. And, they wanted to know dates of me mailing the tea to them. I told them, I wasn't told to keep record of any dates, or tracking numbers. They finally sent me an email, saying they are crediting me for $29.95. I had to get real upset with every person I talked to, to get anything done, and put up with getting the run around.

Unauthorized charges
I tried the product on a trial basis which I paid $5.95 for. I canceled the product because it did not work. They have been deduction $19.95 fro my account for 5 month for a product I never received. They owe me $149.75. It took me for ever to even find the company. Each time I got a nbr I was told this is not that company, I was giving 4 different nbrs, and never found them. This is a scam and a rip off...

Unauthorized charge
They keep charging my card for stuff I don't want and have asked them to stop. I will ask my lawyer to give them a cal if they persist.

I have been deceived
I have been charged during the last three months without any authorization and I have called to the toll free number and I never get a satisfactory answer. Please stop this company of doing that.

Scam charges
I would like to cancel my Wu-Yi tea order. I can not afford any more and have not lost weight. I tried the phone # they give you - but you can't get anywhere with it. They give you this web site only for correspondence to cancel. The receipt they sent me E-mail has the $185.00 printed on it - but NO order # or reference # or anything on it. This seems like a shady company to me.

Unauthorized charges
Ordered the product, called twice to cancel. Then started to get unauthorized charges of $19.95. The 2nd of the month from IW Liven Lean and found out from the web site is was Wu-YiSource. Beware all!

Canceled order
I ordered Wu Yi Tea on 4/22/2008 days later I received it and I drank the tea for about 2 days and stopped drinking it because I was getting sick and it was making my tummy upset. I called about a week later and asked to have my account canceled and they told me that all I have to do is send the tea back and my account is already canceled, so I sent the tea back and today I found out that my account has been charged 3 times 2 times from WU YI and once from Living lean.

Inability to cancel automatic shipment
I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel the automatic shipment of this product. When I thought I had canceled, I still received another shipment which was charged to my credit card. There is not a clear web site or phone number to call in order to cancel my membership. The company seems to be giving its customers the run around and not allowing them to cancel shipments. When I looked on line recently, I noted that others have been having the same problem. I am not sure what to do next. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
