I purchased Wu Yi tea at trial price. I didnt realise was US dolalrs which nearly doubled the price. I noticed money kept coming out of my credit card when I contactd the company they told me it was for tips sent to emal on how to lose weight which I did not authorise. i askd them to cancel and money continued to be taken. I sent back the trial tea and was suppsed to be refunded and amount of $100US dollars. I have spoken to live chat and still have not received a refund.This is dated back to 28/10/08. I am very upset I paid $100 for tea even after posting the tea back to the US so now I have no money no tea.

i am being charged mothly membership fees for god only knows what. they initally gave my creedit card details to some other company that charged me 4.95 for web access. then 9.95 for membership. i got the 4.95 refunded 2 times but he fact that i continue to get charged membership when i cancelled after the first expensive tea order. i am flabbergasted at the blatant thievery of a supposed legit company. everyone beware. this is the nightmare of internet buying. sad but true, these miserable bastards are out to rip off the public...BEWARE

I bought 2 boxes of this tea.I hve stopped ordering but they are charging USD 15 for web acces fro the pat 2 months

Buyer beware! the free month sample, you pay only shipping and handling is not free, Cancell any time, sure you can but when you do, you will be charged for the "free" sample that you had originally recieved, $60 for 1 months worth. I went ahead aheaed and paid it figured it was my own fault for not reading the fine print. then after a couple of months realise that i have been automatically charged on my car for the last 4 months. $4.95 for some "insider tips access page, and another $9.95 for accesss to another website affilliate for even more information on weight loss. I had never accessed any of these sites and they were not cancelled with my original cancel order request. you have to call two separate number to cancel these features if that is you can manage to get through the touch tone instructions. this company is a rip off, the tea did nothing for me and tastes terrible.

Would you all stop billing my credit card and issue me a refund for the un authorized charges you all took out of my visa account I called and cancel my order right after I placed it
