Fraudulent credit charges
I ordered Wi-Yu Tea to try it. It did not work. It is a scam. I canceled the order. Upon canceling the order, Wi-Yu Tea began fraudulently charging me $19.95 per month via LiveLifeLean.Net without my authorization or approval. I reported these fraudulent charges to LiveLifeLean.Net (no response) and my credit card company which has taken action.
Fight these scammers!

Unauthorized charges
Wu-yi tea company is scamming people, by offering a free sample of their tea. At a one time cost of 5.95 for shipping and handling. After i received their product, i found out the tea was not quality nor did it do as promised. I immediately, called them and canceled any future business transactions, including debiting my bank account.
I contacted these people 3xs to cancel and they took 59.95 out of my account and i didn't even receive the second shipment, nor do i want to.
This company is scammers and selling a fraudulent product.

Unauthorized credit card charging, I order their product and returned it and emailed that I didn't want to receive their product, I don't know how long they have been charging me for nothing.

I was also charged $37.75 on top of the agreed shipping and handling fee of $6.95.
I am livid!
Can someone please tell me how I can get my money back, and how I can stop future payments with this company. I have still not received the product.

Unauthorized billing
Wu-Yi tea Authentic Chinese Weight-Loss Tea -Manufacturer is Zhejiang Camel Transworld Co/Ltd. in China. It did not work So I wanted my money back? Wu-YI Source or WuLong at wulongsource. I got this WU-YU Tea they said Opra drinks it and had many Magazines Covers that had it in it. Said 60 day money back no Questions. Sounded good I got 60 tea bags 30 days worth it didn't work So I asked for a refund. I have go 3 e-mail asking why?
Do I have Questions? Give it 4 weeks? But It is gone taking 2 bags a day. I have 60 days to get my money back, less than 3weeks and they won't talk to me. E-mails are pre written. No human contact!!!

unauthorized charge on my credit card
I ordered a free trial for 6, 95$ US that I received. One month ago, he charge me a payment for an orderez that I don't made. When I wrote to Support they write to me that I made this order. He charged me 2 times ago for a total of 69.99$US. When I wrote again to the Support, a email I received a email : Delivery to the following recipients failed. 69, 99$US for a trial is too much expensive and I want my money back!!!

I ordered a free sample of the wu yi source tea.I was asked to pay for shipping only and recieved a product withih three days.when I check my bank statement another amount of $69.78 was deducted from my account but I did'nt receive any product.I had no idea it was a scam.I want my money back and to stop them from taking my momey

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the WU YI tea in April 2008, and it made me really sick. I canceled the order within a week and a half. Somehow a subscription to this Living Lean newsletter was secretly attached to the order for the tea. I verified everything was canceled by phone, internet, email and snail mail. But my credit card has been charged four months in a row for $19.95. I called them, I emailed them, nothing. I called my credit card company, who seemed very aware of other complaints about the company. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau in California, since that is where the company is registered. I suggest everyone else do the same. Eventually something has to happen. I am awaiting info from BBB and my cc company regarding a refund. I think I will inform the Internet fraud dept, as well. Maybe Oprah should know who she is getting her tea from, what a scam!
