Scam and fraud
I was being charged $19.95 for a product i never knew about. It was being charged to my account every month i found this # 1-800-273-7813 and called i got real ugly with the guy on the phone but they are suppose to be crediting my account back by my next credit card statement. I hope you all get your money back to.

Unauthorized billing
I received a free trial of wuyi tea back in Jan/ Feb of this year. It was agreed if i i did not want to continue with the product that i would pay 38 dollars for it which i did do. I canceled my subscription both by e-mail and by phone in March. There has been a payment of 20 dollars a month taken from my visa card since April. Need i say i am not in the least bit pleased about this. It was clearly very simple to cancel my subscription but not so easy to cancel the payment. I would appreciate it if a refund could be arranged for the amount taken which is €64.66 in total. The ref nos are:

Charges to credit card
I was charge $37.50 to my credit card on July 7 for the above sample product which I was only supposed to be charge 6.95 for shipping on the sample which was charge to my credit card on July 8th. I am disputing the charge of $37.50 to my credit card company as I have canceled any further orders with your company by internet. I still haven't received any product from your company as yet. I have advised my credit card company not to accepted any more charges from your company.

Scam and cheating
Looking at all the complaints against this company why has nothing been done! On 7/7/08 at 3:05 pm after six attempts I spoke to a Brain(so he said) manager? He as of this date gave a fake confirmation code not received by credit card company for the $89.31, which I did not order nor was this mention when I ordered the free trail at freebies only a note saying 30 day return if not satisfied with product I have also returned product to Davie Fl Fulfillment! Hope you can help with all the people who have been scammed here!

Canceled shipment, returned product
I never signed up for auto ship. As soon as I received this product. I refused it and sent it back UPS return. I was billed $19.95 for may and june and never received anything. Please remove from mailing list and stop charges.

Credit card charges
My wife and I ordered the green tea diet from wi-yu company, after trying the product we attempted to contact the company to stop the shipments and cancel the program. Using their web site to stop the shipments was to say not the easiest thing to do. This was around the first of the year and just this morning i was charged again by a company called live life lean and they showed up as a web site address, i went to the web site and it is not a working site or fraudulent. We had to go to the bank and fill out papers to reverse the charges and cancel to Credit Card we used to purchase the product. The bank said this would stop the recurring charges.
