I want to cancel my membership, then I call the phone number 512-328-2400 they provided, never reached anyone to speak to, just asked me to leave message and get back with me, but never called me back.
they provided the email [email protected] said that we can cancel our membership by email too whenever we wanna stop. I have sent the email 3-4 times, but they still ship me the product.

They claimed that they are not scams offering free trial. However that is still a scam when they hold your credit card and charge whenever you want and you never success to cancel your membership.

And now i don't know where i should go to.
