Unauthorized charges
I tried the Wu-Yi tea and saw no results. I called within the 14 day time-frame to cancel but had already been charged the amount for the next month. I was told that in order to get a refund on the 2nd 30-day supply I had to return the remaining tea from the initial order. That was after they already charged $29.95 to my account. Today they charged another $19.95 under the name of livelifelean, and when I called their toll-free number, as listed on my bank statement, it is a non-working number. My bank said they can't stop the transactions because the company has them set up as POS. (Point of Service). So they have it set up as if I am authorizing each transaction they take. So, buyer beware, and don't make the same mistake I did!!

Tea Scam
I ordered 1 box Wu-Yi tea in December and paid by my credit card but in January was sent another box and charged for it followed by membership fee and overseas transaction which mounted to $80(Australian dollars) till today. Tried calling them but in vain. This is a total rip off scam. I had to block my credit card. Poeple out be careful not to be the next victim. I hope the American anti fraud dept will step in and stop them

Fraud
When P.T. Barnum said that "a sucker was born every minute" he was off by an order of 60. It appears to me that according to this message board, suckers are born every second. I can't believe you dumb asses are giving out your credit card numbers for "FREE TRIALS". What in the hell are you thinking? You deserve to be cleaned out of your life savings for being this stupid. They say that "a fool and his money will soon part" you dip shits are proving that this theory is alive and well. Do you understand what this means? For you fools that don't understand, it means that if you're not smart enough to protect your money then you don't deserve to keep it.
What really amazes me is that you people give out your credit card numbers without a second thought then whine like frigging babies when charges start showing up. Are you stupid?
Another thing that just floors me is that if you'd done some reasearch (Google) you would have discovered that Wu-Yi tea is just Oolong tea with a fancy name. You can get Oolong tea at your corner grocery store for pennies. Oh and by the way, the only way to lose weight is to get off your fat ass and exercise and eat right. There's no tea in the world that will cause you to lose weight.
I hope you idiots have learned your lesson and will think twice about where you spend your money next time.
