First I have just received an order of wu-yi tea with no receipt or order number. I've called to cancel them sending me tea, then I cannot get them. They ask for an order number and no order number can be found. So I checked my e-mail to see if they have sent me a confirmation number and that hasn't been sent. No longer do I want them to charge anything on my credit card.

I ordered the tea and was not satisfied with it so i sent it back and they received it before the trial date was up and they still charged my card.I will never order anything on line again.

I also thought I was ordering the free trial offer but charges of product are appearing on my credit card.. I called the number on the credit card statement and told that I had to cancel in writing and directed me to tea [email protected] where I cannot find where to go to cancel...I will just call my credit card to cancel ...there is also no information on the address of the company ...I hope this gets to you

I ORDERED THE WU-YI TEA FOR A FREE TRIAL AND I DO NOT WANT YOU TO SEND ME ANY MORE, I HAVE RECEIVED 3 BOXES AND I WANT TO RETURN THEM AND DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD WITH ANY MORE AND AND IF YOU HAVE PLEASE CREDIT IT MY CARD. IHAVE CALLED THE NUMBER TO CANCEL AND I GET CUT OFF I DO NOT KNOW BY CONFIRMATION CODE. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS MATTER.
