Do not purchase this product, they will randomly charge your Visa. Call your credit card company and they will deal with it. Visa was great to me, as they are aware of the scam, Send WuYi an emal requesting to cancel to [email protected] before notifying Visa. It took me 2 hours to figure this out!

Last month I emailed the company, as per phone instructions, that I no longer wish to receive their product but yet they are still sending the product and charging my credit card, they don't enclose a invoice along with product, therefore not knowing where to send correspondence to. ID#1183562.

I ordered a shipment of Wu-Yi tea which I returned. I keep getting credit card charges of $19.95 per month even though I receive no product. I can't figure out who to contact.

I ordered Wu- Yi tea and decided that it wasn't for me. I went through the hassle of returning it so that it didn't cost me $37.00 for a product I didn't want. Then last month I noticed a charge of $ 19.95 on my account for a place called Living Lean Las Vegas, so I called my bank and disputed the charge; I thought everything was fine until this morning when I found another $ 19.95 charge for the same place. Now I have to get a new card for my account and decided to Google this place to find who it was, only to find out that it was Wu-Yi using a different name to basically steal money from my account after I had already cancelled my account over a month ago. They are pretty sneaky and I hope that this is stopped before more people become victims of their scam.
