Wu-Yi Tea Reviews

not able to contact
I am finding it very hard to get in touch with this company, no matter which site you click onto there is no way of getting in touch. I first went onto the site about 6 months ago and went for the free trial, didnt like the taste of the tea but still keep getting it delivered (60 tea bags a box/3 boxes per package 4 packages in total) and keep getting charged. There is nothing to let you send it back so how on earth is this allowed?
When you get something like this on the internet it makes you wonder how it can be real and not a fony tea. I am very dissapointed with the company. I have even tried to call the number on the invoice but to no avail???
So where do I go from here (not able to afford the money going out) how do I send it back?
Also they sent it to me on false pretences as I am not all that big, I put in my height, 5'3 and my weight 10stone and they said I qualified to loose weight, I only wanted to loose a couple of pounds maybe a stone at the most but the amount of tea they have sent me well I should have slimmed down to nothing (720 tea bags in total) If it was legit they would have my details on record and know not to send any more, but all they want is your money.
I would advise everyone who ant to give it a go not to bother, it tastes awfull, you loose nothing apart from money you cant afford.
AllI want to do is send it back but am unable to.

Charges
I tried the 14 Day FREE trial period of Wu-Yi Tea to find that I was bid £54.96 and then a further £6.95 for internet serivces I never used real scam this is don't bother trying to return the product for a refund and the phone number they give to you to cancell an order is a customer service answer machine you never speak to a person to cancel your order. I had to cancel my bank accounts in the end as they continue to fleece money from my account

unauthorised charges
I too order the free trial, which ended up costing me about $200 and I am still getting charged for membership fees even after I have cancelled. Have tried to contact them, but can't even get on their live chat anymore. I am contacting my bank tomorrow to see what I can do to stop the charges. Have been unable to contact wu-yi source. Has anyone else had success in getting their money back.

continual delivery
I keep getting boxes of this tea and I am not drinking all of this because it doesn't work! I just got another pakage of it in the mail today and had to pay $4.86 for the package. I can't afford this anymore and I don't want anymore tea and I want to cancel my account. I want no part of this anymore and it feels like a rip off.

Unauthorised charges
I only asked for a free trial of Wu-Yi weightloss tea, for which I have had my bank account debited 4 times now, all which was unauthorised. I have also been charged fees because the charge came from the USA . I have tried unsuccessfully to phone, txt, and email this company, and have been told by my bank they cannot stop them from withdrawing monies from my account. This company is also operating under the name of At last fulfillment, and Easy weightloss Tea.com . So please be aware this company is just out to take your money.

Unauthorized charges
I was asked by my younger sister, who has been struggling with her weight for years, to use my credit card to purchase her the wu-yi tea in August of 2008. She tried it for a few weeks and found that it did not work. We returned the tea and canceled the membership... or so I thought.

After completing the order form and billing information, I was sent an Order Confirmation which I saved with the rest of my online purchases info. The day I tried to cancel, I searched over this document and called what I thought was a phone number. I was directed by a recording to call a rather strange number, ex: 010 87 54 #. (not the actual number). I called and was sent to a directory of somesort, and was then informed that 'you will be charged $3.95 for this call' confused and frustrated, I hung up. Thinking that the numbers appearing in this portion of the document must have been reference numbers for billing purposes and not actual phone numbers, I read through the terms and conditions again.

'if, for ANY reason, you decide that Wu-Yi Diet Tea is not for you, simply call 866-449-**** and return the remaining tea (all shipping fees non-refundable).' Great! I thought, I can cancel, and that's just what I did. On October 22 2008 the tea was back in the mail and everything had been 'settled'.

Months go by and I forgot about the tea, until this morning, when I checked my Credit card statement. Turns out that I have been getting billed for the Web Access Fee and Membership for the last 5 months. 'You're billed only four dollars ninety five cents and six dollars ninety five cents monthly for as long as your unique All-Access passes remain active.' Funny... I thought I had canceled. I called the number again and was told that I had not canceled my web access and membership. Seems I had only canceled the shipments and payments of the tea itself. I was told that I had to call 2 different numbers to reach these departments and cancel everything separately.

The numbers I was given, were the other two I had thought were those 'reference numbers for billing purposes', unfortunately the first number on the list had a typo. I requested an explanation and inquired about a partial reimbursement and I was told by a VERY rude man that I should have basically known better, to 'read the terms and conditions again'. I hung up and read them again.

'You're billed only four dollars ninety five cents and six dollars ninety five cents monthly for as long as your unique All-Access passes remain active.' This seemed strange to me, because since the very beginning I have been billed $4.95 and $9.95. When I called back regarding the $3 hike in the price I was told that their documents showed the price of $9.95 and that's all there was to it.

I admit it, they got me, they scammed me and it sucks... something to the tune of nearly $100.00 has been taken to pay for absolutely nothing. Even though, it is 'only' $3 a month, from November 2008 to March 2009... totaling a 'mere' $15... I intend on getting it back, it is rightfully mine and it makes me wonder, how many other people are being charged this little bit extra each month? I imagine that there could be a few more out there... 3 bucks a month from maybe thousands of consumers... makes a nice lining to someone's pocket don't you think?

Web & membership fees
I have been CHARGED for some (Wu-Yi tea) on a (1) time trial bases, that was cancelled last Sept.2008.I noticed that my credit card is still been charged ( $6.41 ) for web access & ($12.87) for membership fees. I want these fees to stop, I've, e-mailed Wu-Yi-tea to stop this membership fee. Iwill be calling them as well. But I would also like this web access fee to stop.
Can someone "Please help me", how can I stop these charges?

Credit card charge
I thought I was signing up for a 14 day trial of Wu-Yi tea and was going to be charged for shipping, then I was charged for the tea, plus ongoing membership with another company, and then a web access fee with another company. I have sent email to cancel subscription to the company, and today another amount of AU$97.25 has been charged to my credit card. They seem to be very hard to get in contact with, and harder to cancel with. These companies should have easy telephone access available to consumers and you should be able to stop access to your credit card with your bank.
If you can help me get in contact with the company I would be very grateful.

unauthorized charges, no product delivered
My Fiancé tried the tea on a “special offer” 6.95 for the first month.
The first month passed, and she loved the tea and it actually seemed to be working for her.
The problem is that, that was 6 weeks ago, they have not sent her tea despite saying that they have.
They have also billed me 189.28 for one box of tea and one container of supplements.
They insist that the tea will be here within 3-5 days, and that was over 10 days ago. Yet they continue to change me. They said they would not charge me until March, and yet I have 5 separate charges in February totaling 189.28.
There is no one to talk to, the “help” staff sometimes reply in ways that do not even make sense. I already know from reading it is going to be difficult to cancel.
Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit against them and I will be more than happy to join in.
Buyer beware!
