can not get the subscription cancelled
i did the free trial order from the internet but they have subscribed me and i can not get in touch to cancel it they keep charging me membership money every month. can u help

unauthorized cahrge
Unauthorized charge of $4.95 for tea sent to me that I never ordered.
When complain, claims can't find my order.

Unauthorised payments
I agreed to a trial of Wu-Yi tea for 60 days. I paid £28.56 for the postage. I was unable to drink this foul stuff so DID NOT request any further supplies. I have since had two amounts of £42.50 deducted from my account as well as three further amounts of £3.44, £7.05 and £9.99 which I have been told are membership to the various other parts of the Wu-Yi Source weight loss programme. I have contacted them by e-mail to cancel which i was assured would be done. I have since had to get my bank to contact them to cancel again. I was told that only one membership can be cancelled at a time as other parts have different phone numbers.
So far 60 tea bags have cost me in the region of £150.
This is the biggest rip off yet.

unauthorised billing
Hi wu-yi tea is a total scam. A ordered a 14 day free trial of tea an now they are taking
unauthorised payments out my account. The 1st 1 was for 29.99. They took a further payment
of 43.00 on 17th jan, an another on the 29th jan it is ridicoulous how this company is getting away with this.
For all yous out there dont order you free trial of wu-yi tea..

Unauthorized charges
Company continued to send product past 2 week cancellation by consumer. When refund was sought consumer was given run around and at end only partial lrefund was issued. Seven months of chrges on credit card, only one month refunded. Representatives all have different stories about the product policy and refuse to issue due refunds. After calling several times the representatives put you on hold unitl you either get tired or they decide to disconnect you when they realize you won't hang up. REPORTED THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
Oh! they also refer you and your credit card number to other companies like Living Lean without you authorization. Living Lean also deducts a monthly fee ($19.95) which is also impossible to get refunded.

Buyer Beware!!! IF you order the Wu-Yi tea, please read any and all info prior. They do have a sneaky way of adding charges that are hard to refund. Added monthly charges of $9.95 and $4.95 for web diet resources and such will be deducted monthly from you credit card. Please be vigilant and watch for these charges. Even if you cancel future orders of the tea, apparently seperate cancellations need to be made to these other resources. (I don't remember reading that anywhere or being told this when I cancelled any future orders) I believe the money this company is making is on there sneaky charges and additions they fail to make the consumer aware of, not on the product itself.

Wu-yi tea
I ordered tea from this company at an introductory price of £2.99 and was invoiced for £18.00 then to my horror was re invoiced for a further shipment which i had not ordered for a further £42.88 this is completely unsatisfactory from your company and have yet to recieve my shippment.I dont want this product as it is a complete scam and DOESNT WORK so DONT ORDER IT...or you will be taken to the cleaners with your money.

i want to cancel my order and stop money being taken out of my account for this tea
I no longer require the free sample of wu-yi tea and would like my order to be cancelled and my account to be credited for the money taken out by the wu-yi tea company immediately.

Multiple charges appeared on credit card statment none matched the names my original "trial" order indicated. Looks like same charges as everyone else 49.95. What happened to honesty in the USA?
