Wu-Yi Tea was just a trial and I automatically was connected and charged by two other programs that I was not aware of and do not want. One was Comprohensive Weight Loss Systems Program at $9.95 a month (800-989-5907) which I canceled with no problem. The other program charged for was Web Acess (800-281-9006 at $4.95 a month) with a big problem. The Web Access number refers to www.insidersecrets.com and it gives you the number to call with the same message to go to the internet. I'm going in circles. By the way there is no refund! S.R.

They are still taking 29.95 out of my account. I had cancelled this membership back in July. I have not renewed my membership with the and I want this stopped immediately. They have caused an overdraft fee to my account! I am a Soldier and only get paid twice a month. This has caused a financial hardship.

For people getting charged from their banks for $4.95 for something called WebAccess 1-800-2819006. Found this information from another website.

The company you actually have issue with is doing business at the domain insidersecretstips.com ... this is NOT affiliated with our company Uncommon Finds NOR with our website, insidersecrets.info. It seems they just have a slightly similar web address as we do. I personally took the liberty of doing a whois domain name search on them and it shows the company in question is actually "edirectsoftware", located in Montana (we are in Florida). They registered their domain name insidersecretstips.com in July 2008 (our insidersecrets.info was registered December 2001.) Here are two contact phone numbers shown on their registration that you might want to try calling: 780-416-0215 and 780-416-0218. All of this information can be found through a whois search such as the one at http://whois.domaintools.com A great way to get the skinny on any company or person is also to do a Google search on the following 4 pieces of information: company name, web address, telephone numbers, and administrative contact person's name. You'll find this info on the whois search and then can search away. This technique is something I personally use myself when I need to track down a contact.

We finally figured all of this out by piecing information together during conversations with the victims of these unauthorized charges. When you call the telephone number for the company which appears on your bank statement, you will hear "Hello and thank you for calling the Insider Secrets expert tips preferred customer line. This package was made available to you at a deeply discounted rate when you signed up with one of our partners' offers ..." Listen all the way to the end of the message because it says "To access this valuable information, simply go to insidersecretstips.com and log in using the username insider ..." We are insidersecrets.info. It's just a similar name (which by the way we had first, as any domain search will prove).

I have found that on looking over my credit card statements that I am being charged $4.95 a month for access to a website about diet tips and a monthly membership fee of $9.95 a month. I tried to call the number on my credit card statement and could not talk with anyone but got a website that I could not access. I then called my credit card company and talked with the people who hand disputes and they refunded my charges and said they would contact the merchant bank that the charges come from and ask them to stop billing my account. The credit card company stated it may take two to three months to get it stopped but they would keep denying and asking the merchant bank to stop the billing. I was relieved to at least get my money refunded and, hopefully, in time, the charges will stop.

ORDERED THE TEA SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND CANCELED THE NEXT DAY. TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS TO CANCEL THE TEA. NEVER REALIZED THE 9.99 AND 4.99 WERE INCLUDED. THEY KNOW HOW TO GET YOUR BUCKS! SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE GOVT! ESPECIALLY IN NEVADA, THEIR CHARGING BASE! MY WIFE GOT ACUTE ANEMIA. HOPE IT'S NOT FROM THE WU-YI TEA! I'LL NEVER HAVE TO WORK AGAIN!
