Charges from my bank account
Bought Wu-Yi tea-
Returned for advertised full refund
My bank account is not being charged for $9.95, $4.95 two or three times a month for subsciptions to services and sites I never subscribed to AND NEVER gave my banking information to.
These are fraudulent charges and will be blocked from my account, but I also want to complain for the invasion of my personal banking information being shared with unknown entities from a website which advertised as being locked and secure.

can't cancel order
keep sending more boxes of tea and there is a bogus number given that you can call but it is not an actual phone number, no phone number, no address to send the stuff back

still billing after cancelation
How can I stop billing charges from Wu-Yi Tea. I spoke with a customer service rep a week ago and she agreed to cancel yet I am still being charged.

unauthorized billing
I ordered the tea knowing that i would only have to pay for shipping and handling. The company then charged my credit card for an additional $15 dollars, which they never refunded but they said that my account was closed, that was in September of 2008, Now in November 2008 i get 2 charges for weightlossebookmembership.com (wu-yi) for $9.95 and insiders secrect tips(wu-yi) for $4.95 totally unauthorized .
I with Sherry @ wu yi 18664495567 on 111708 who advised that my account was closed and that since i had ordered the tea online i authorized insiders secret (18663630187) and comprehensive tips (18009895907) to bill me for their services. I told her that is a lie and i want to be refunded and have my name removed from their database.

Web Access Charges
Charges being made to my credit card by wu-yi tea com. while in fact i cut all my transaction with them las Sept. 2008 and they still charges me this October with Web Access Fee. I want this Web Access fee remove from my account and i want a full refund on the charges they made.
Hopefully you will take action on this complaint immdiately.

Unauthorized charges
This company is a huge ripoff. For starters they offer a free 60 supply for $5 shipping. Now exactly what do you get for that $5 you get about $3 worth of Oolong Tea that you can buy at any Walmart or Asian store. It is nothing special just regular Oolong Tea. The other thing you get is bogus charges on your credit card, after two weeks they will charge you $59.95 for $3 worth of tea. Secondly their 'Partners' start charging you without your knowledge. Apparently the bury it in the agreement in a highly deceptive manner. So far we have been able to get the charges credited back after a half dozen phone calls and threats to call the Texas State Attorney General. Not only are they deceptive on the 'Partners' but what they are selling is also extremely deceptive.

false advertising
Same issue as others: they billed me after 1 week despite promising a 2-week trial, continued to bill without shipping even though I canceled before the end of the trial period, blahblahblah. The address above is both the return address and the address for process service (delivery of subpoenas). I'm pulling them into small claims court here in Georgia (and have notified the Attorney General); it would be great if everyone who was scammed spent the $15 or so to make these stinkers defend small-claims actions in every state. Let's bankrupt the sleazeballs!
