Thru their ad online - they claim that you can cancell product at anytime and recieve money back - when I cancelled their the 2ed shipment = that I had not yet recieved they told me that the could not credit my account. They also charged on my account two other charges for membership and e-books that I never got - when I called and ask about these charges they told me that I had 28 days to cancell them from the time I ordered the sample shipment and didn't. Now I never even got my sample shipment for 3 weeks and the other charges didn't show up on my account until 2 months later. But I was suppose to cancell them before they showed up. When I called they refused to credit my account even though I didn't use their so called fat burning information or e-books ( great way to add extra charges ) This is a scam and I wish someone would please shut them down or let others know.

Eversince Wu-Yi Source got ahold of my credit card info, they have been charging me without my permission. I received Wu-Yi tea about 1 and a half week after ordering... before i even got a chance to try the tea, i noticed there were a number of charges from the same company. I called more than 3 times to find out what were the charges for and eventually, I lost my interest in trying out the product. I was so fed up dealing with all the authorized payments, and I finally returned the product. After returning it and confirming with them that they did actually received it, 2 days later, I got another charge for the membership... my god.. I don't care if their product work sor not... knowing this is the way they do business. I do not recommand anyone ordering anything from their website.

I ordered the free trial, one month supply and only pay for shipping and handling, how-ever they have charged my account $59.95 twice now including other charges. when i complained, they wrote back saying i had the wrong company and i must be dealing with a fraudulant co. i want my money back

When ordering the tea they do not fully explain the terms they just tell you it is 4.95 shipping and if you dont like it send it back. they do not tell you that if you do not send the tea back in 14 days you will be billed for the full 60 dollars and it is not free. The only way to rid them is if you send it back the same day you recieve the package and your still stuck paying the 4.95 for basically nothing.

Livelifelean.net is a weight loss web site of some sort which you apparently subscribe to by small print when you order Wu-Yi tea online. You have to cancel through them separately from anything you do with Wu-Yi tea. The number that you need in order to do this is 866-396-5711. I just found out about this and canceled, so we'll see if they charge my account again. I will be having my states attorney call them if they do. This is a scam, and it is one that people need to be aware of. The man even tried to get me to keep the subscription to the online site when I called him up fuming mad!
