Scam charges
I got a email saying to try this diet tea for free which will only cost me one payment of $19.95. Then a month later another box of tea was deliver to me. Then again two more was send to me through the courier service which I had to pay the shipping cost. Then I send them a email to stop sending me tea and to stop all billing on my credit card.
But after all that I saw this addition $19.95 from www.livelifelean.net which I did not have any idea of what is was for.

Fraud
This company is a total scam/fraud. I ordered the "free" trial for $5.95 recieved the package and I didn't like it. When I called to cancel, they told me that they had already charged my card the $59.95 for the package I had recieved. I asked why they were charging me for my "free" trial? They said that it was only free for 14 days.
That was 3 days ago. I cancelled, but I have yet to see if they actually cancelled it.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Co. claims to ship a free trial. You onlycover shiping...4.95. Ten days later, without notice, they withdraw 59.95 from my account. No one is available to take your call. I reported this un-authorized attack on my account to my bank a month ago. I still havn't recieved a response. The product is just regular uloong tea without any dietary impact. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Credit Card Fraud
After trial period for this "weight-loss" tea, I canceled all future orders. Company was rude and refused to cancel. With many difficult calls, they finally agreed and stopped for two months. Then, without notice or contact, they began charging me $39.95 again without authorization. You cannot call them, email them, or reach the supposed "live operator" on their website. It is time to notify and file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for fraud and violations of internet and interstate commerce laws. I am frustrated and can not afford to allow anyone to just steal money.
