I DON'T WANT THE TEA BUT IT IS SENT ANYWAY
I ordered the tea and paid shipping and handling, i told the operator i DID NOT want any more than that, they went ahead and sent out another shipment of 3 boxes, and today i got a e-mail telling me i am receiving another shipment, if it is gharged to my credit card it will be over limit and they can pay the penetly, if they send it and the credit card rejects it they have just lost the shipment because i will give it to someone that wants it but i will not send them any money if this is the only way i can get the message across that is what i will have to do.

Bad company to deal with. STAY AWAY!!!
These are some of the worse people to deal with. I thought I was getting one month's supply of tea for $4.95 just to find out that's not the way it is. I emailed them to cancel and to not debit my account anymore, didn't happen. They claimed they never received the email and I have to send the tea back to get a refund. They charged me $59.95 for the box that I thought was suppose to be $4.95. I read them back the email that I received from them on the first 30 days FREE. I was told that it's only free for 2 weeks until you decide if you want to keep it or not. I went round and round with these people. I finally ask, what if I had already drank the tea, I would have nothing to send back, after all, it was suppose to be FREE. Dead silence. She then told me I had to send back the tea and I would only get back the money for the amount of tea bags that I'm sending back. Don't you know I went off. So far I have spoke with 2 people and chatted live with 4 different ones. That's how you're suppose to get your refund back. They gave me a cancelation # and I took it to staples to return the product. Well guess what, I'm told there is no street # that matches what they gave me. I came back to my office and got back online to the chat and explained this to the lady. She said it was correct and to send it to that address. I go back to staples and showed her the live chat (I printed it out). I get it sent (cost me $10.42) come back, went back to the chat and gave the lady the tracking #. She tells me to call back in 1 to 2 days because they haven't updated the tracking system. I will never deal with this company again and would advise anyone reading this to do the same. It's a SCAM and I will keep dealing with them until my money is back into my account. BUYER BEWARE !!!

unsatisfactory service
I thought I would try this product at $4.95 trial for the tea to help in weight loss. I didn't know I was signing up for Living Lean website that I could never acsess with a password and username that was suppose to follow in an e-mail so I called and the girl had me make one right then and I went to Living Lean and I could not acess this site with username/passwordand I was charged cdn $20.59 1 mnth. Then I was Sent 2 more boxes of tea and billed $30.32 and $36.47cdn charge on my account statement. I called and made arrangement to send back this shipment to get my money back with a tracking record and everything and I was told when they received the shipment they would credit me for the tea I sent back> credited the shipment ?it was received in California July 10, 2008 and I still have not been credited for it and I have more charges on my account for Living Lean for another$20.99 and I cancelled that on July 2, 2008.
I don't know how this happened they can not be trusted to cancel as I was told when I joined through Face book watch out warn others big Scam they won't stop until we speak up can I just get what they have promised to me or is this a scam well I need to talk to the bank next tomorrow!!! change my account but what if they do really send me back my money what then or whould I talk to the bank cause I don't want them taking any more money. I am stuck don't let it be you!!! what would you do???

Scam and fraud
I ordered this worthless Wu-Yi tea 6 months ago. I've received 2 shipments, but have been charged every month. Also I just received a $19.95 charge on my credit card for some Living Lean product that I never order, nor received. How can it be legal for a company to authorize a charge for something I didn't buy? Please help me with getting this canceled and off my credit card.

Unethical Business practices.
For the last two months I have been going around with this company about refunding me charges for a shipment of tea that came AFTER I cancelled my account. The first charge was not only a suprise but put my checking acct. in NSF. So not only did I get charged the $34.95 for the shipment, but I got socked
$30 bucks in overdraft fees. Well, before I could send the tea back, which I foolishly just REFUSED (I should have spent the extra $$ to ship it back), they socked me another $29.95. So now they are into me for $64.90. I sent the tea back on July 1, 2008. It is now July 10th. I called them today to see if they had recieved the tea and of course you guessed it, they haven't.
And then they had the nerve to tell me I still have till the 25th to get my money back. I have had it with this company and intend to become their worst nightmare. I will keep calling them till all the little indians at their call center know me personally. I'm not anywhere near finished with this fight. If I have to I'll get a lawyer to go after them. It'll be worth the money to nail them so some other poor person isn't sucked into their claims like I was.
