still taking unauthorised amounts from account
I tried a trial of Wu Yi weight loss tea (feb 09), after two weeks I emailed to cancel my subscription. I received no response from them, I continued to attempt to cancel subscription but the company website changed and I was unable to locate them. Amounts continued to be taken from my account. recently another company has taken money from account also. Cannot trace this company at all. They remain hidden from me, and the bank seems unable to cancel the amount either. I am trying to cancel my card... not happy. It seems that the original company may have given my card details to another company. And in OCtober 2009 I am being billed bytwo companies, and maybe three, the details on the statement are vague.
BE VERY SUSPICIOUS OF ANY COMPANY BearING THE NAMES:
ezykit
elitepack
VH access
Membership 180
Healthmember

Unauthorized charges
After (successfully) cancelling my order in the time frame stated in my order information I was horrified to see SEVERAL unauthorized charges on my bank statements. I called my bank and was given THREE different telephone numbers for these strange charges. Each charge shows up under various names with different telephone numbers. I called them all and they have the same prompter and the same phone speech. I determined these are all from the same company and they are showing different names and using different numbers. Their customer service reps are not trained properly and have poor attitudes. They are EXTREMELY vague when asked where these charges are incurring from and how to stop them. They refuse to explain how these charges can be taken out without a signed consent or invoice. I continued to call until I was forwarded to a supervisor. He then explained that when I signed up for the tea that i'm agreeing to the "trial offer" which just so happens to include a membership to an outside company that has various names for various charges. Thus, those are the different names and charges that appeared on my card. He said the terms are on the bottom of the website AFTER your payment information. I cannot believe this is legal. Even though I cancelled well within the "trial" time frame with Wu-Yi tea AND was refunded for that original product. You have to call a SEPERATE number to cancel your "membership" with this SCAM company you now unknowingly belong to.This seperate company is called COMPREHENSIVE WEIGHT LOSS. So you can automatically become a member by buying Wu-YI Tea but, you CANNOT cancel this "membership" when you cancel the tea itself????? SCAM. The supervisor was very helpful BUT this whole process was soo frustrating due to the incompetance of the call center staff and having to track this company down. I'm sure there are people all over the country without the means to figure out what is going on. They are being charged these OUTRAGEOUS charges for nothing. SO SAD. By the way I never did figure out what I paid for??? What did this "membership" include??? I never got a damn thing other than a unauthorized charge.

Continue to send tea and charge credit card after being asked to discontinue
My husband and I discovered that my 91 year old mother-in-law had ordered a trial of some tea that she thought would help her health. We think it began in the fall of 2008. When we began noticing the charges on her credit card, we called the company and they indicated that we had received the tea and that their records indicated that the package was delivered. Since we had not seen the packages, we were insistent that we had not received the tea. About a month ago we found 6 or seven unopened boxes of the tea in the garage in a big box. Each looks as if they had been delivered individually each month but we think she didn't know what they were so she put them in the garage. She has been in and out of the nursing home since 2001 and now she is there on a full-time basis so we think we will know when the tea is delivered. Hopefully the company will reverse the charges once the tea is sent back. I will re-post to acknowledge their professionalism following the receipt of their response.

Unauthorised charges
Some months ago, I ordered and paid for the above product which I received and used. I then e-mailed the company to say that I didn't want to receive any more of this product, they answered saying that they had removed my name and details from their mailing list.
Lo and behold, on doing my banking today, I see that I have been charged two payments on my credit card in the last two days, one for 17.94 euros and then another for 85.89 euros in the name of 'FOCUSCLEANSE'. When I investigated, I saw that the payments had been taken in Cyprus. I had actually been there earlier this year, but hadn't even taken my credit card with me, so I knew that it hadn't been cloned. Whilst blocking some spam e-mails later today, I noticed the name Vasilissis Freiderikis on one with an address in Cyprus!!! Putting this name into Google, I have come up with the site I am on now and see that I am not the only person to have been duped by this person!! I know that I won't get my money back and I have cancelled that credit card so that this shyster can't fleece me of any more of my hard earned cash. I feel a bit of a fool, but there you are...lesson learned.I hope that you catch this guy.

Read the Terms and Conditions!!!!
You guys need to seriously get real!!! Unless you are complaining because you haven't received the product or you have returned the product and not been refunded, then you cannot blame anyone other than yourselves!!! Seriously!!!
Read the Websites terms and Conditions which clearly say that on signing up you are automatically enrolled into 2 other memberships and to cancel you need to prior to the end of the trial periods. These are the Web access and Membership charges.
Evey time you enter a website and enter your CREDIT CARD number, read the Terms and Conditions fully!!! Especially the sections on payments and cancellations.
Stop complaining and take some responsibility!!!

Extra money being taken out of Bank Account
Firstly I received an e-mail which offered me a free trial of Wu Yi Tea weight loss supplement..I thought $7.95 postage and handling well being on a disability pension I can actually afford this and I will give it a go.
The package arrived so much for free sample the sample infact cost me $180...
Twice a month since March I have been charged $180 per time with no products to show for it, and on top of that I have been charged a membership fee !!!
Despite the fact that I have been sending e-mails to this company I have had no satisfaction/bank charges/and no weight loss.
I put the matter in the hands of my bank, to put a stop on the withdrawals and even this has not stopped this company from draining my bank account.
Consequently I have had to close this account and I still have to pay back to the bank what Wu Yi Tea has drained out of my account...
All in all I have received 2 packages only with multiple bank charges to show for it.
For weight loss products there is a large market... but I only wish that they could target the rich and leave us poor people alone.
