unauthorized charges
Wu Ti Tea, despite cancelling membership, set me up with two additional memberships that i didnt authorize thru partner companies...Comprehensive Weight Loss 8009895907 and Insider Weight Loss Secrets 18663630187...i was billed for 6 months without realizing and not receiving a product.

Made me send back tea for a refund, not given.
I was told to send back the tea which does not work at all. I sent it to the address specified, costing me $10.72 on top of the 207.00 for the tea. I never got a credit for it, and when I complained they said I was out of my 60 day period and would send me back my useless tea. Why did they tell me to send it back if they did not intend to refund my money???? Just another rip off.

unauthorized charges and no contact number
I ordered the tea and ended up receiving bills on my credit card for 3 other companies. I had to call those numbers to cancel their charges. Some companies credited me, but one refused to cancel the $9.95 charge. There were 2 $1.00 charges on my bill that I never could figure out. I was billed for a one month's supply of the tea twice in one month. When I finally got fed up and decided to cancel the tea, the phone number listed on my bill was a recording telling me nothing. The "cancellation" number given to me when I signed up for the tea was also a recording. It said for a $4.99 fee, I could get another phone number! I turned it over to my credit card company at that time. I hope they can get it straightened out!

I only wanted a sample
I saw the add and I wanted to try it, so I ordered the trial offer for 1.95 and they charged me $35.00 I have sent emails regarding this matter and still no relpy to the matter but more adds. Then they charged me $10 for the trial that I already ordered and paid, so I emailed them again and still no reply. Then just last week they took anothe $95.00 out of my account. This is my Mother inlaws credit card and She authorised me to use it that once now its left her with alot of banks fees.

Wu Yi people taking my money too, not happy!
I recently ordered for a "free" sample of this tea in December 2008, and didn't mind paying postage & handling... In the meantime I realised I couldn't use the tea (health issues), so by the time the tea arrived I could not even 'sample' the product/give it a go. I kept the product, but cancelled the shipments... I don't have an issue with the PRODUCT, as such; I am, however, VERY dissappointed that I, like many others it seems, was charged $37 after 'cancellation' and still appear to be getting charged 'membership' fees and some random 'internet/website' related fee.

I wonder how many other Australians have been caught out like this??? [Not to mention all the other complaints I've seen on this site from USA customers...) Fair enough, it's advertised and endorsed by many respectable companies and businesses (Readers Digest, CNN, various TV campaigns) but I'm really upset that these charges have been deducted without my permission - I can't find any such mention of these fees 'in the fine print'..on the website NOR in any correspondence I received via e-mail at the time I ordered.

Does anyone know who we can go to, to get these deductions back?? I'm going to be MAJORLY p'd if I have to cancel my CR Card just to prevent any more of these deductions coming off! WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO!?!?! Please e-mail me at [email protected] if you have any advice re: this. :) thx

unauthorised charges
I had returned the tea sent to me sometimes October/november 2008 but I continue to receive my Visa card statement with RBC showing the web access charge of US$4.95 and membership charge of US$9.95 which I did not authorise.

As I am currently living in Singapore, I am unable to contact Web Access & WuYi membership toll free number 1800 2819006 & 1800 9895907.

I wish to dispute these charges and would appreciate WuYi Tea respresentative contact me at my Singapore number 65 9677-4877.

Thank You

charges
i saw the advert for this company on facebook and thought that it looked good so i went onto there website and ordered my free trial i tried the product but it didnt agree with me so i thought no more of it as no where did it say i would now be charged a monthly fee. i have just recieved my bank statement and seen that ive been charged £41 by this company without my permission this payment has been taken from my account. i went onto the wu yi source website and they have a live chat window on there i have talked to a customer service agent and they have told me i have been taken off the members form and will no longer be charged for there product however im worried this is not true they said ive been sent a 3 month supply which i didnt want and i have been charged for that. no where on any email on paper work did it say this would happen

Unauthorized Charges
In November I ordered Wu Yi Tea and soon found unauthorized charges from multiple partner organizations --- which meant multiple calls to resolve.

One was good enough to reverse charges. One hid behind an Internet chat window and cancelled the order but would not reverse unauthorized charges. The only path available is to dispute the charge with my bank (yet another call!).
