Excessive account billing
I am getting unauthorized deductions on my Visa account of $US59.95 (21/11/08), $US9.95(22/11/08), $US4.95(27/11/08), & wonder how I can stop the company billing me.
PS I'm sorry there is no category of complaint suitable.
This is a private compaint & all I'm after is email address of WuYi Tea so I can ask them to stop billing me as it was a free trial offer.

This company is taking fraudulent unauthorized payments. DO NOT have anything to do with them or their free product trial it is a scam!

Only ordered the trial was charged full price
When I ordered wu yi tea I only paid $4.00 s & h now they have charged my account $56.00 I do not want the product only tried it and then cancelled it now they are charging me. Need to be refunded my money and not charged for anything else. Danielle Kenniston 2039 Page Blvd IO mA 01151

charges of 4.95
cann not get rid of 4.95 charges. Called 800 number but get long drawn out message. I took care of any and all information about this crappy wuyi stuff. I am going to complain to the indiana attorney general and BBB to try and stop this kind of thing happening to me and others

credit card charged 4.95, want to cancel
I have cancelled the wu yi tea in mid Oct. 2008. and want to stop the 4.95 charge to my credit card. I would also like to be reimbursed.
