Unauthorized billing
I ordered this tea and as soon as I hit the submit button, I knew it was a rip-off. When the tea arrived, I sent it back and after a few phone calls, I canceled the order. I was refunded the money, less the 4.95 shipping charge. Ok, so I thought I was done... but wait! Credit card statements later, there are charges for 'Membership' (800-959-5907) of $9.95 and 'Web Access' (800-281-9006 and 866-363-0187) of $4.95. I called these numbers and they are closed after 5 pm MST. When I called at the correct time, I was directed to log on the internet and talk to someone there. Before this, I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and also called my credit card company to report this fraudulent charge process. Beware of these items that suddenly appear on your statements. Call and complain and have them cancel and reverse the charges! I am anxious to see what else they will try to charge my credit card. It is a huge ripe-off to attach bogus charges that you have no idea are happening. I called Wu-Yi and they stated that they did not charge my credit card for these charges, but they would be happy to give me the phone number of the company that did!!! Is that fishy or what? Wu-Yi is the source of the bogus charges and needs to be shut down!

weight loss tea
I ordered wuyi tea only on the free trial and 100% money back guarantee!!! I then noticed on my credit card stat that im being charged for insider tips and webb access and pricelombo.com. Called company numbers on statement and guess what told to log onto [email protected] as no one to take call. I would like this stopped and money back as promised. Stop other from being part of SCAM!!! |

Unauthorized charges
This company mislead me and charged my bank account before the trial was over. I returned the product to the above address and they did not refund me and I am unable to reach them by phone, I keep getting disconnected after holding for several minutes.

Won't refund money charged on Credit Card
I ordered only the trial product for a small shipping charge however they sent me more boxes, un solicited. They said the subscription could be canceled w/in 60 days but that is not true, stared 08/14 and canceled 09/20 but they sent the 3 boxes and I had to send them back at my charge plus the charge they made me pay unsolicited. They REFUSE to credit my credit card and have charded me over $130.00. This is a scam. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge what they promised and what they need to do to make me whole again!

Company is refusing to refund my payment for their first full shipment to me.
The company won't refund my payment without the tea and I have never received the tea. I should not have to be the one to lose any money. Wu Yi took the money from my credit card account before I received the introductory supply of their green tea.

Bank charges without permission
Wanted to try the Wu Yi Tea just for $4.95 shipping and handling but the following month got a delivery which I did not authorize and$59.99 was taken out of my account without permission.

unauthorised pmts
I ordered some of the Wu Yi Weight loss tea, and Authorised the payment for shipping off my Credit card. When I checked my statement, there were charges for web-acces, and for other charges that I do not know of.
I was only suppose to pay for the shipping, of $9.99 but ended up paying $39.00 - I am very dissapointed with the service of this company and as I have read a few of what other people have written, I really think something has to be done about this. How many more people are they going to rip off

i am being charged for webb access that i have never signed up for and never utilised although i have discontinued subscription with wu yi tea. i would appreciate if this is cancelled immediately or i will have to cancel my present credit card which i will have no problem doing. So, please as of this moment please cancel this subscruiption of $4.95 immediately because you will not be able to access it for much longer. Thank you for your cooperation. Susette
