Unauthorized use of credit card account
Live Life Lean took an unauthorized $19.95 from my checking account when I did not owe them a balance. I made a one-time purchase and they were paid directly in full for the total amount of the purchase.

Unauthorized debits
I canceled my Wu-Yi tea order in June of this year, 2008. I am still receiving withdrawal attempts from my Visa acct. I have been made aware that many others are having this same difficulty. I am attempting to have my credit card company comply with my request to refuse any further transactions with livelifelean.net, but so far have been unsuccessful.
Any advice on how to stop them from stealing from me would be welcome!

unauthorized charges
I agreed to pay shipping for a trial sample which I never received. My credit card was then charged 49.95 for a 90 day supply which did arrive. I tried to call the number given in the brochure but was unable to talk to anyone and unable to leave a message. Another charge has shown up for 19.95 and I have no idea what that one is for because I have not received any additional goods or services. I am disputing the charges at my bank now, but I do not know if this can be resolved without changing my credit card.

uNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD
I tried their product for 14 days and was not satisfied with it. I did not agree to accept any more shipments. Nothing more has come, but they are charging my Visa $29.95 and $19.95. I have written them and have disputed the first charge. Now a new one appears on my statement for 7.14/08.

Scam charging on credit card
I ordered a free trial on line. i was charged for shipping and living lean, whatever that is, then I received another shipment without ordering it and then charged for the first trial, and another shipment, plus another living lean.I have tried calling, was sent to the website, called another number, was told they were all busy and would call me. They don't call, I have called my charge card and told them to charge back the amount on my card, and not to allow any more charges from this company. It looks like they are working out of a storage unit in n, c. It doesn't work. BEWARE.

No purchase record sent with tea, no account # available, no site to request discontinuance of service
I have talked to my physician regarding dieting with this tea and he has told me that this would not be appropriate for my physical needs. I attempted to use the package insert that I received to contact the company. There was no package insert, thus no account #, phone # or email address for contacting customer service. I am now seeing many other complaints on this same company about similar items. I need a method to contact the company to stop any further shipments, now and the closest that I have come is by looking up the name of the tea on line, getting the toll free number and calling, but when I did, it told me to go to the "Tea Help.com" website, which also has no listing by which to discontinue any further service. This is totally inexcusable and I will persue this matter further.

sending and charging for product not wanted
I was under the impression that when I ordered this product, Iwas under no obligation to receive any more product unless I requisted. They are automatically sending 3 mo. supplies and putting more charges on my credit card account that I can not afford. I am a senior citizen on disability for a nervous condition . After talking with customer service I had to take 2 klonipin to calm my nerves.
