Unauthorized charge
I have been using Wu Yi tea for about six months. I am not over weight, however I love tea and I thought, as it states that is is healthy and good for you in addition to regulating your weight. I have been ready to stop ordering since the last shipment and I am not successful in finding a way in between my work day and the hours they claim to be available as well as the untruthful way to cancel on line.

mailings with out consent
The paperwork I received said I could talk to a customer service person 24/7 or email and I would receive an answer back in 48 hours. I have had no response either way way. You sent me a three months supply at one time and I cannot afford to pay for that much. I now realize that once you got my card number you felt free to use it any time and way you wanted to. I guess I will have to contact the better business bureau and also the internet fraud line. I WANT THIS CONTRACT????? CANCELED IMMEDIATELY!!! Fraudulent company
Do not get involved with this company! They auto ship and auto charge on a monthly basis. They claim that they have a "Full Money Back Guarantee" but they don't stand by their claim. Their product is horrendous tasting and doesn't work. I've returned every tea bag they sent me and they still charge my credit card. They automatically sign you up for a worthless newsletter (IW/Living Lean) and when you call to cancel they keep no record that you called. I have all transactions from this company in dispute with my credit card company, follow their return policy to every detail, have delivery confirmation that they received my return and they're still charging me. This company is engaging in criminal behavior and I am shocked that they are able to get away with it!

Unauthorized Charges To Credit Card
I received a free 30 day trial of wu-yi tea with a money back guarantee if not satisfied. I returned the full product as soon as i received it. I was credited back the money, minus shipping/handling costs. Since then i have had money automatically debited from my bank account for the last 3 months of $19.95/mo. I didn't realize this was happening until just recently. I never authorized these charges.

Scam billing!
I returned two packages because I didn't like the tea. I canceled my order and I am still waiting for a return of my money. It has been two week since I returned my order.

Does not work!
I tried the introductory offer of 1 months supply for shipping charges of $4.95. I did not like the tea and it did not help me loose weight. I got another shipment of tea, would like to ship it back to the company with full refund of $34.90 and $29.95 as charged on my credit card, at total being $64.85.
