Taking monies not due

I canceled order after receiving free trial. I was assured no billings would be charge to me, and I have not received any product since. I am still being billed $19.95, and have been for several months. I have e-mailed several times, and have received no answers back. How do I get them to stop billing my card?

Did not order all that was sent to me

Ordered sample, but did not see that I was also ordering a web site access, and full price instead of just shipping charges. They have charged me shipping charges as well as half price for sample shipment(6.95+37.00). I have called them and only got a first name of a supervisor(Shirley). She refused to give me her last name.She says she will refund the next two payments of 57.50. We will see.
