Credit Card charges
Every single month since July this company is charging me $4.95 and $2.95 "for access to they online services" that I haven't ask for it. Every single day I try to contact Customer Service, but no one answer the phone. I don't want any more charges but the bank refused to give me the credit neither stop charging.

I cancelled my order for their tea back in July. I am still be billed for orders that I don't want. Just stop it.

ask that ordering be stopped, continue to charge my card
I did place an order, I also canceled after recieving the first packaging . Was told by phone message that I had been cancled but they are still charging my card. My order number is 35558613.

sending tea not cancel
I cancel. before it got to my house. ups said they were to cancel. but they wont. and i was to be charge for that tea .and more to come .after my 14 days then be refund. THIS IS A SCAM.

Cancellation of bizarre price of product
I would like to have this product cancellation so as not charge my account. I have received 4 small boxes of this tea of which I cannot see any results within my body. for a total price of $129.70 and now finding out live life lean is connected with this company and their total charges are $61.10 for a grand total of $190.80, Quite a price for four small boxes of tea. Green tea would have more results than this has proved to do.
This has to be canceled as of Aug 31, 2008.

its a diet tea that was advertised on tv intro price 4.95 sample
then if u wish to continue there were going to charge u 35.00
did not receive sample or product

I agree with ALL complaints listed. I have been trying to cancel for over two months. I have called my cr. card company to let them know that I would not be paying for the charges from WU-Yisource, IW/living lean. 60.00 per month for tea and 20.00 for whatever living lean is to be. along with several others items. I have not been able to contact anyone or cancel yet. I still have 4 boxes to return and knowing that there is probably 2 more on the way. Please help. Thanks

Scam and rip off!
Like many other people, I bought this thinking it would help. For me it didn't work either. If you return your first purchase before 2 weeks, you will only be charged s/h of $6.95 USD. If not, they will charge for the full purchase at $34.90 USD. It turns out that Iw/Living Lean Las Vagas NV is affiliated with wuyitea and also charge you $19.95 USD to be a member of their Website. To cancel the IW/LIving get your refund call 1-866-396-5711. Make sure you get a reference # as well.
