I bought a GS-S1K-C2 Laser 3D/2D Subsurface Engraving Machine(2000Hz) from 3rd Fl, No.7-5 Chuangye Center Guandong High-Tech Industrial Park, Guanshan 3 Road, Wuhan, Hubei, China and after more than 18 months this machine is still not working.I paid for engineer to visit me and after more than 6 months of email and fighting about camera and machine he visit and fix machine.I got no feedback what was wrong with machine because he only speak Chinese.After he left the machine worked for 10 blocks and is broken again.This was reported to them and now I dont get answer from them and in one email they just reply send back the laser but cost is on you.This company do not answer questions you ask them but divert from your questions.It also take months to resolve a issue.As you can see no business for last one and half year but in debt of 56000$.Before you buy a 3D machine please ask me I will give you some tips and I am glad to send all communication detween myself and Gstar to you.My email is [email protected]
