trying to cancel product
I've been trying to cancel my first order and there is no phone number. Iam now fighting with my credit card company to get my money back. To try to cancel an order is not user friendly. The have different web sites for ordering there procduct. However none for cancelling the order. That should be availiable as well. Maybe Iam not as computer savey but I just found this web site. Because the price is rediculus for tea. Buyer beware.
In all of the phamblets they send out. There is no contact number to cancel.Only a number to a recording to welcome you for buying the product.
I want to cancel this product and get my money back.
The address I updated on this file, is the one on the box. How can I send a product back to a POB.

not been told about ALL the cost
i have ordered this tea and did not realise that 4 months worth of supply worth $59.59 per month plus free postage and handling, would end up costing me about $600.
i have recently checked my accounts and just discovered this and when i called the company in America - the person i spoke to from the call centre (Kay) was not willing to help me nor give me her managers name or refer me to her manager. i feel like i got no where and as for the tea...what a load of rubbish this was.
one word of advice...never choose the option to pay via visa card or give your money to Americans!

continuing charges on credit card
After canceling this product my credit card continues to have monthly charges on it from this company. I want the charges dropped and any membership canceled.

Charging my credit card when they should not be.
I purchsed WuYi Tea and have paid everything in full yet they still are charging my credit card for unknown bogus charges.

unauthorized charges
I fell for their advertisment, because I wanted to loose a few pounds. That was a mistake, the weight I am loosing is out of my wallet. What started out to be a free trial, just pay shipping! That was all a lie, to date I have been charged the 29.95+19.95+34.95 I had to close my Paypal account to stop them, because Paypal is of no help, there seems to be no end in site all within the past 10 days. All for some Tea that can be purchased in any grocery store for $5.
It is just oolong green tea in their packaging, not even that great of quality. I can only hope that a Class action Lawsuit can be brought against them.

did not reorder
I did order your tea 1(one) time . I did not approve of any Contract or for a reordering for every month.
I told the Gentelman, which called me, that I do not want to commit myself jet, as I like to see if it works.
For me it does not work, so I did send you a email saying I do not want the tea anymore, but you ignord me and send me the secon order, which DID NOT aceept from my Post office. Plus you keep on charging me on my account. You can not charge me if I DO NOT give you my attority. Please credit my account the amount
for January $ 37.00
for Februar $ 54.95 Amount of $ 91.95 US
If I do not have this amount on my next statement you have to deal with my Lawer, because it is fround what you are doing.
