I, too, ordered the 30 trial WuYi Pixie Pack with no authorization to try anything further. I didn't receive the product in the time they said it would arrive, so I emailed the company and complained. I received the product within the next 3 days. I was just checking my checking account on-line and noticed that there have been two charges for $69.87, which I never authorized, and no product showing up at my doorstep. I sat on hold for over 15 minutes just to be disconnected. I sent an email to my bank asking for a hold on this company and to see if I can be reimbursed for the two fraudlent charges.

This is such crap. Oprah should check into the validity of the company before endorsing on her program. I wouldn't have tried this if I had know. In the future, I will be checking the BBB before ordering from anyone.
