I also was taken in by this scam! I ordered a 30 day free trial that I agreed to pay shipping & handling. You have 14 days to try the product before they automatically send you and bill you $67.09 on your credit card. It took 27 days to receive it (so I was hooped from the start). I received my credit card statement and found a charge on it, I hadn't received a 2nd batch of the product. I called the toll free number immediately and explained what had happened, she agreed to debit my account and I could keep the second batch (I had offered to return it whenever I received it). I also had her cancel my account. My next credit card statement had a debit on it - not for the full amount as I live in Canada and there had been a dollar exchange on it... BUT there was another charge for $67.09 as well. I tried calling them immediately and was put on hold long enough that my cordless phone went dead, I called again and had a 2nd phone go dead. There was a message that if their lines were busy to go through a web address that they gave over the phone line. The website didn't work... I then contacted my credit card company, she indicated that she got at least 10 calls a day (that was just her!!!). She said that I should return any product that I had and give her a call in 30 days so she could check to see that my account had been cleared up.

I managed to get through to them on the phone again this morning - customer service was extremely rude and said that there never was a 30 day free trial and they wouldn't refund any money...

I am old enough to know better! I may have to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

I ordered another product (Bromalit) on a trial basis, for $4.95, which I received, but was also charged $34.95 for some "WuYi Pixie tea", something I never received? I was also sent another supplement called "Power Tea" which I did not order! Watch out for these so called "TRials", if you don't return your unopened bottle within 14 days they will charge you an arm and a leg and keep sending it to you every month! Scam ScamScam, read the fine print! Still not sure about the Wu YI Tea, never ordered it and cannot get a person on the phone with the number listed in my credit card statement.

I came across this website on AOL for weight loss and colon cleansing. I ordered the free samples, each should cost $4.95 shipping. Not ONLY was I immediately charged the $4.95 twice, But I was also charged $34.95!!! For what!!?? Why??!! My bank account went into overdraft!! The banker says they CANNOT reverse or deny payment. They also cannot block future charges!!! I called the number listed with bank charge, not the 800 number, but this number ... 866 897-0663. They immediately try to make you hang up, by telling you that you are caller number 45, and that your wait time will be 32 minutes, and something about a malfunction. Know that you will wait about that amount of time, they are trying to discourage you and get you to hang up. In fact they keep giving you an e-mail addresses to write to. IF you wait it out, they will reverse the charges, AND make sure you tell them to stop ALL future charges and all future shipments and get the confirmation numbers!! They will not refund the shipping charges for the samples, so go ahead and get that, your going to pay for it anyway. ALSO, cancel your Debit card and have the bank re-issue a new one. You will be inconvenienced for a week or two, but it may save you a LOT od money in the long run!

Keep getting billed 62.98, 105.33, 68.48...never get products, how do I stop the billing?

I was sent this advertisement, promising only the cost of the shipment of the tea. Instead my credit card was charged an wopping amount of $69.87 - something I NEVER would of agreed to. HELP???
