unauthorised bank payments
paid over £22 for delivery for free trial, received trial goods with no information of any other details.Received bank statement this month and have been charged £41.42 and £6 memership with no goods no information .I have never authorised any payments unable to cancel through bank.Searched website for contact numbers tried numerous all unobtainable

Unauthorised Transactions taken from my account
Bought one sample of tea which I paid for with my card, but they continue to send me more each month, which I did not authorise and have debited my visa card directly. I have sent the tea packets back with a letter to refund my money, but the tea still comes.

paying for a free trial
I went on line and ordered Wuyi Tea as a free trial loads of the stuff has come through the post and I don't want anymore. Have sent a letter to the company but they have ignored my complaint. I have blocked my account so that they can't get anymore money out of me its been costing me £53 per month.

scam credit card charges
I wish I would have seen this site first, because these people are a scam and charge your debit card mine was for $59.95 if bank doesnt help and BBB doesnt either then I will have to cancel credit card. also to add insult to injury tea doesnt work.

unauthorized charges
I work for a credit card company, we CAN help you. If you ordered it, no longer want it, and the company is not cooperating or responding, call and lodge a dispute. I work for one of the largest CC companies in America and I see this charge all the time. If this charge suddenly appeared on your card WITHOUT your ordering it, contact the security department we'll change your card number lickety split and they won't be able to charge anymore. This method will not work if you DID initally order the product because we will continue to let them bill the card for subscriptions in many cases. Hope this helped!

stoppage of payment
i am rogelio seracarpio from philippines, a couple of months ago i was interested to buy wuyi tea products but eventually
it was nothing and i want them to stop deductions from my credit card but i dont know where to go, i have already mailed them twice but still they collecting payments from my credit cards, i just want this company to stop and i dont want a subscription from wuyi tea anymore.

unauthorised membership
I was having money deducted from my bank account and couldn't work out why. I had returned the tea so I did not think it would be the same company, so I typed in the membership number that kept showing up in my bank statement and it came to the scam sight for Wuyi tea. I was amazed to see the same number. I went onto their website and spoke to someone and they said that I Had automatically signed up for this membership and call these phone numbers to cancel, which I did while I was still online and the numbers did not connect, so I let the person know this and told them that if not cancelled I was going to the police, he informed me that they would ring on my behalf to cancel this membersip and I would receive an email confirming the cancellation!

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
Wu-Yi swore up and down on their web site that the only charges would be a $5 shipping fee for a free trial of the tea. I should have known better, they billed my card $76.59. As to whether it actually promotes weight loss, doubtful, and I knew immediately upon reading the "pledge" that the tea is a placebo. I'm such an idiot for believing they would not charge my credit card.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the tea on 11/6 and received a recorded message on 11/12, before I even received the tea saying 'she would be my backup if I had questions or needed help at any time to get over any hurdles in order to stay on the diet.' I tried to contact the number and only got a fast busy signal. I then tried to contact the number printed on the box and again got fast busy signal.
I went back to the website and dialed the number for WiYu Source and then got a recording, but with yet another phone number to call, but when trying to call that I got another message saying they have a universal number of 101515800 to call. I tried that number and was told after a long hold period that every call would cost me $5.00 (they had promised free counseling). I finally made a call to my bank in order to dispute any charges and they gave me yet another phone no. of 866-449-5567 that came through on my not-so-free charge of $4.95.
I called that number and finally was able to talk to someone who told me they had already charged my card $59.95 despite the fact that I was to have 60 days to return the product and that I must return the complete product to receive the credit. How can you try a product for 14 days and still be able to return it complete?!?
I have discussed this with my bank and they have agreed that this is a scam and will gladly dispute the charge and will be taking this up with the company. I myself will also be filing a report with the BBB and other computer scam agencies.
