I ordered the tea on 11/6 and received a recorded message on 11/12, before I even received the tea saying 'she would be my backup if I had questions or needed help at any time to get over any hurdles in order to stay on the diet.' I tried to contact the number and only got a fast busy signal. I then tried to contact the number printed on the box and again got fast busy signal.

I went back to the website and dialed the number for WiYu Source and then got a recording, but with yet another phone number to call, but when trying to call that I got another message saying they have a universal number of 101515800 to call. I tried that number and was told after a long hold period that every call would cost me $5.00 (they had promised free counseling). I finally made a call to my bank in order to dispute any charges and they gave me yet another phone no. of 866-449-5567 that came through on my not-so-free charge of $4.95.

I called that number and finally was able to talk to someone who told me they had already charged my card $59.95 despite the fact that I was to have 60 days to return the product and that I must return the complete product to receive the credit. How can you try a product for 14 days and still be able to return it complete?!?

I have discussed this with my bank and they have agreed that this is a scam and will gladly dispute the charge and will be taking this up with the company. I myself will also be filing a report with the BBB and other computer scam agencies.

I ordered the Wuyi Tea online and didn't realize I had to pay $29.95 for 3 months and of course the tea was hard to drink. But the worse part is while ordering online somewhere I signed up for www.livelifelean.net which has charged me $19.95 each month. I have researched and apparently this happens to many customers and you lose out. Luckily I spoke to a manager at livelifelean.net 1-800-273-7813 and was able to get a refund for half of the months I paid for. Never new a thing about this livelifelean.net. I told them i didn't care about their fine print that I never used or realized I had this.

This is the first time in my life I have ever filed a complaint about anything I bought online, but I feel compelled to warn others! These people hounded me with emails for months after I visited their website the first time. I finally accepted a "free trial" sample...that was reduced to half the free trial normal price. I never received a free trial! The same day my box of tea came, my credit card was charged $59.95! When I called they said 3o of the tea bags in the box were for my 14 day trial and if I wasn't happy in 14 days I could return the other 30 and get my money back. What???? For one, the ads ALL say...try our tea for 60 days and return the empty box for a refund.
Scam # 1...then they say all you will be charged is shipping and handling Scam #2... and when I tried to get a credit they said none could be given unless I mailed back 30 tea bags within 14 days...that's 3 bogus promises too many for me!

Take my advice. woolongforlife.com offers better pricing, no harrassment, order as much or as little as you want and it taste better too! Same health and diet benefits...was also "recommended by the stars" and news channels when it first hit the scene, and works great! Stay away from Wuji unless you want incessant credit card problems and an overpriced product.

I made a one time purchase of wuyi tea . I'm being charged a 4.95 web access and 9.95 membership every month.I've called three times to stop this .I had to cancel my bank card and file a complaint with my bank to dipute and recover unauthorized charges.This is a scam and constitutes fraud.

Although I cancelled this product, I am still receiving a charge on my credit card for $4.95 for web access. Please help!
