scam
Website claims you receive a free trial and then signs you up with 2 other companies that automatically bill your credit card monthly, for diet tips you didn't ask for. There is no small print regarding this when you go to pay, it is hidden in their long page add in fine print. What a scam!!!Beware!!! It takes many phone calls to end the charges and you never get a refund from the other two companies. Plus you pay to send back the tea. Dont do it!!!

two additional charges on my credit card
I ordered a trial set of WuYi Tea. I did not like the tea and cancelled it within the time frame. I was not told I needed to return the Tea. I received a 59.95 charge on my credit card and was told I need to return the tea to have it removed. I will do that as I still have all but 2 teabags.
Also, I received two additional charges on my credit card one for 4.95 and one for 9.95. both of these charges are monthly. they are supposedly for access to weight loss secrets. I never authorized those charges, and am having great difficulty getting through to get them removed from my credit card.

Charges
I have been charged $4.95 for web access twice this month. How do I stop this. Also, they charged me for the tea 2 times and I didn't even order it. Please tell me how to get in touch with these people and how to stop the charges.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
THIS COMPANY OFFERED A FREE TRIAL PERIOD OF THEIR TEA FOR A $4.95 S&H FEE. THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT CONSENT FOR PURCHASES OF THEIR SO CALLED "FREE TRIAL TEA"
I WAS ALSO CHARGED FOR MEMBERSHIPS TO OTHER SUPPORT GROUPS ALONG WITH MY FREE TRIAL TEA PURCHASE. WHEN I CONFRONTED THE COMPANY THEY TOLD ME THE SUPPORT GROUPS WERE NOT PART OF THE WUYI SOURCE COMPANY AND I WOULD HAVE TO CANCEL IT AS WELL.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND EVEN WITH ATTEMPTS TO CANCEL I HAD TO GO TO MY CREDIC CARD COMPANY TO TALK TO THE WUYI TEA COMPANY IN ORDER TO GET IT CANCELED.

Wuyi Tea
Have being trying to contact this company 800-2819006 to cancel web access charge. But, its telling me to go the website to cancel. When I get to their website, it tells its closed, I go another website of theirs and I can't in to cancel membership, but it leads me to this website. So that is why i am here. I have already cancelled Wuyi tea order, but this web access charge continues to charge my acct. I have contacted credit card company to refuse any future charges.But. I also want the Wuyi Co. to know that I want to cancel the web access charge of 4.95 (2 times a month). Please contact me thru my website. Thank you.

I to was scamed by this company, I never signed up for any program as a matter of fact I cancelled this progrom and I just found out that I am still being charged $4.95 a month. I want to also know how this can happen even if you cancel the program.

unauthorized charges
I stupidly tried the "free trial" of the wuyi tea. There is absolutely nothing free about it. They put you on several lists that you get repeatedly charged for. I am definitely going to the better business bureau and I hope everyone who got these fraudulant charges joins me.

charge for $4.95 month I did not order
I do not know how long I have been paying this but today tried to call and cancel and this is just a recording and noone answers. Gave me a website and I still have not been able to pull up the website. I do not know how to cancel. I absolutely did not order this insider secrets tips or whatever. I do not even know what it is. This is a total ripoff. I am so mad.
