they keep charging my account even after agreeing tyo cancelaccount
i made an order of the wuyi tea product, which i tried. i realised that every month they kept taking money off my account . and to cancel it was very hard to get through and i couold not cancel on the internet. after seeing this websit 2 months ago i was able to get the phone number which i was able to get through and complian and asked to stop charging my account, which i was reassured that it was going to stop. today surprisingly i have realised that they are still taking money off my account and at the money things are not going on well for me fiancially. i need help as i feel that this company is a theif in disguise. please help please i need help.

Card Chargers
I had another charge for e-book on my account. Please stop all charges and refund my money. This tea was said to be free and than I had stomach problems upon drinking it also I DID NOT ask for the second box to be send and expect all my money to be returned to my account.

CANCELED PRODUCT
I have had money taken out of my account after having canceled my order. I returned my first order due to stomach problems I developed upon starting drinking the tea. I want everything canceled and my money put back in my account as I have never accessed ethier of them. I want everything canceled please.

charge credit not wanted product
I ordered a trial version of this Wuyi Tea and they just keep adding charges on my credit card
I do not want the tea its terrible and I certinly did not give them any authourity to charge on my card
very bad business people do not deal with this company there are terrible

Fraud
Per phone conversation use product Free and if satisfied reorder produce . now they tell me they are going to bill me full price $64.95 and after 60 days with the return of the tea at my cost they will credit me. This is not what I was told at the time I placed the Free trial order. The B.B.B. needs to take down this type business.

unauthorized charges on my credit card ... sent too often and too expensive... wanted to return but had to pay shipping... they sent it I didnt ask for it they should pay the expense of shipping back or just stop it and take it off my credit card

unauthorized withdrawals
I canceled my order back in July, I have been billed for 19.95 each month since. I want the money put back into my account immediately. That will be 19.95 for July, 19.95 for August, 19.95 for September, and 19.95 for October. I want it put back in my account by the end of the week of 10th. If it is not back into the account by the 10th of October I will be contacting a lawyer. I spoke to someone in July, and she assured me that there would be no more withdrawals. Therefore you have been stealing my money. When you live on Social Security you need every penny you have. You have 1 week to get this taken care of. I also want a letter letting me know that you have received this.

rip off
DO NOT give them your credit card, charges that you have not approved start showing up on your card and your given the run around when you call them, I had to cancel my credit card to get rid of them, the tea that was sent was plain old olong that can be purchased at any tea shop or orintal shop. It cost me seventy dollars and having to deal with changeing my credit card with all of my auto- Bills.

denies receiving returned item
Cancelled members within 14days of product, returned per policy, Has 60 day money back guarantee. All lies. Denies receiving my package via the US postal Service. Stated via chat room that my orde was cancelled but yet charged me for 3 month supply. Have received nothing, good but no refund.
The tea is plain tea, with apple flavoring and 80 mg of caffiene.
