charges to my credit card and no tea!!!!
I have been charged for the tea but there is no number to cancel the delivery/charge. I made a mistake ordering this stuff and no longer wish to have it delivered!! By the way nothing has been delivered to me yet I have been charged!!! I no longer need or want your product sent I no longer wish to be charged by you the company that makes it very difficult to communicate with you!!!

Unfair Business
I had subscribed to a free trial offer for WuYi Tea. The offer was until you are satisfied you will not be sent any other box. while under free trial offer, I sent them an email that the tea is not suiting me and I feel nauseated. yet they sent me a box (during trial period) and charged me for it. I wrote back of cancellation and returned this box. yet they charged me for another box, even though they had not sent it. Now they are refunding me for these boxes less their stocking fee. First of all they should not have sent me any boxes and when I return they charge me stocking fee. I am at a loss for returning their package (which they should not have sent) and stocking fee. and their customer service is totally useless, they don't understand what you talk (in English) and their email response are way out of the subject matter. they don't seem to read what you have asked for.

They STOLE my money
I paid 5.00 shipping & thought I would receive free trial. I was a freaking IDIOT to even give them my card number. They are CRIMINALS, PERIOD! I NEVER AUTHORIZED 179.99 TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, THE DIRTY RATS. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE TRANSACTION TO POST TO FILE FULL DISPUTE WITH THESE CRIMINALS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE MY CARD NUMBER OVER INTERNET...EXCEPT TO OVERSTOCK.COM. OR PAYPAL.

Unauthorized billing
I canceled this account back on April and you still charging my 29.95 to my credit card account and you are not even sending me any product at all (which I don't want it anyway).

never recieved products and I have charged
I ordered a sample of Wuyi Tea and havent recieved it as agreed I have been charged for it and would like money replaced back on card and wish to have no more dellings. I paid extra for express delievery.

Fraudulent company
They suck you in with an offer for a trial supply of their wonder tea bags, and you only pay for shipping. If they don't hear from you, they assume you like it (they have hooked you!!) and state that they will ship you a new supply every 3 months or so... what really happens is that you start getting billed by them for shipments that never arrive, and they also bill you for some other scam they are linked up with Living Lean ??? out of Nevada. They have an address over in Cyprus (Greece??) and it is impossible to talk to someone to cancel... tried their website, their toll free number, etc. I finally called my credit card and had them dispute the charges and block future charges. I was told by the card company that if I cancel the card and open up a new one... they can get that number somehow. Let's hope this goes away. Can't believe I was so stupid to get sucked in!! Unauthorized charges
I ordered WuYI Source Tea and immediately following their charges, I acquired another charge from LIVING LEAN LAS VEGAS US. I called WuYi Source and they were able to give me the telephone number to this company who billed my credit card. The number is 1-866-396-5711 if anyone needs it. Apparently, I agreed to a "free" subscription with them somewhere within the fine print. Don't be afraid to call them. They are more than happy to cancel your subscription to their website.
