I have complained about my refriegerator not cooling on 24th october.My CUSTOMER CODE is 669965.Somebody has come on 27.10.09 and fixed FAN MOTOR (NO COMPANY NAME ON THE INSTRUMENT FIXED)charging Rs.2895(Bill no.3475 dt 27.10.09 0f SEETAL ELECTRONICS, Hyderabad-44.tHE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED AND AFTER COMPLAINING THE SAME PERSON HAS COME AND INFORMED THAT gas HAS TO BE CHECKED AND FILLED.aGAIN THEY HAVE COME ON 11.12.09 AND FILLED THE GAS AND CHARGES Rs.2200(Bill No.6008 dt 11.12.09 of the same company.After this also the Frig is not working and complained to your customer service(Complaint No.5549 on 14th Dec.Till date nobody has come and solved our Problem.I have complained to your executive Mr.Mahesh Mobile No.9248049540 on 15th and afterwords no action has been tacken tiil date and my frig (Double door purchased for Rs.24000 about 7years back)is not in working condition.This shows How Irresponsible are your SERVICE DEPARTMENT.Hope you will attend immediately to my complaint .My name is Dr.K.BUTCHI KOTAIAH, C-33, C Block Shanthi Sikara APARTMENT, RAJ BHAVAN ROAD, HYDERABAD.Phone NO>040 23401134.
