i ordered some 10xgreen coffee and the package was stopped by quarantine and customs because it didnt have a manufacturers declaration.
i contacted the supplier a number of times and told them of what happend.they could not supply customs with the information they needed so therfor customs could not release the order to me. the supplier assured me that they would refund my money but they have not and they ignore my emails. im very upset as they state they guarantee money refund for any shipping difficulties or dissatisfaction and i think this incident falls under bothof these categories.
