The crap some people pull is rediculous. One day when surfing the internet as well as some news articles. I had come across one that seemed promising for people who just wanted to lose years of built up cellulite. Well supposedly a news reporter named julia (
[email protected]) had tried two products, acaiberry detox and life cleanse. Aparently it worked for her. Well she had promotional coupons for both free trials that would lower the shipping to $0.99 instead of $3.95. So I was hooked and so was my husband. We had been scammed and screwed a few other times from fake work at home, be your own boss sort of stuff. We didn't think that products related to do weight loss would be harmful, boy were we wrong. On 8/05/2009 the two of us each ordered acaiberry detox and life cleanse with the promotional coupons the total for four products was only $3.96 for a fourteen day freetrial. We were excited and even created a strick food calender with serving sizes, healthy and affordable meals and an exercise plan ready for when we recieved our products. Well on 8/07/2009 we discovered that our card was unable to be used so my husband called his bank and found out that this company had taken $179.80. We were defentiantly confused because they should have only taken $3.96. They called us four times to confirm our free trials on 8/06/2009 and we had printed off the receipts. The phone number, 1-800-949-0138 which was said to be a 24/7 help line on the website, www.acaiberry.com. When we could not reach a person through that number after waiting twenty minutes each time we called we decided to cancel our products (second option on that number). Through the voice system we founf out that our products had not even been sent out yet (second day after purchase was made). We went to www.myordersupport.com to chat with a live person to get things solved. They said our order was canceled and that we had to return our products with the RMA numbers on them back to Returns Department, 3007 Greene St., Hollywood, FL 33020 in order to get our refund. Our bank said that with our permission they would file a claim and take care of everything. We wanted to know why we were charged so much for a free trial so we got back the internet and chatted with another person. He said that we have ordered four more products besides our free trial on 8/07/2009. When I tried to tell him we never approved such an order he started saying that we had went pass our 14 day free trial period. I told that was wrong and that he should look at the information he had on his computer but he just say we had to return the products in order to recieve a refund but they had to have RMA numbers or they would not be accepted. He said he could give me the tracking numbers but then said there was none to be founf. I told him that the computerized person confirmed our oder was canceled and that our products were not shipped out. For two weeks we argued with the online chat people. After 25 minutes of waiting on the phone we finally spoke to a real person. She could not give us tracking numbers either. So already the free trial period is almost over and no products and no refund. To top it off we found out that our bank charged us overdraft fees up to $400.0o and fined us for filing a report. so we were negative $695.00 just because this company literally stoled money from our bank account without our consent or autherization When we did get tracking numbers they were invalid. We got fax numbers, two different ones to be exact which are 800-573-5302 (kinda a fishy one) and 954-927-9978 (this is the one we faxed a copy of the reciepts and a copy of our bank statement with the amounts that this company had taken highlighted and a short letter of our thoughts. Withen two days we recieved a full refund and the bank took back the overdraft charges and fees leaving our bank account in the positive once again. The information that we found out about this company is that the owners name and addess is Barry Folger at 314 E. Dania Beach Blvd, Suite #117, Dania Beach, FL 33004. The billing departments direct email address is
[email protected] so if you have made a purchase and found out that they charged you $87.13 which is $39.95 for an additional product and $49.95 for another additional product that you did not athorize and are not ok with. Go to www.yourordersupport.com and cancel your order and/or call 1-866-949-0138 just to make sure it is canceled by choosing the second option. Then go to www.myordersupport.com and get as much information that you can about your order such as your order number your rma numbers adn most important your cancelation numbers. Have the person tell you why you were charged let them know you did not approve such an order after waiting for a response and have asked all you can print off the conversation. Fax a copy of your bank statement with your account number whited out and receipts if you have them to one of the numbers above. Also email your concerns to the billings department. and if you really are upset send another copy of your bank statement, reciepts, and a personal letter with your thoughts to the direct owner. All this should help you get your full refund. If you do recieve products return them with the rma numbers written on the outside of the box and with shipping confirmation (meaning someone has to sign to get it) Find out what the cheapest way to ship the products would be and be sure to keep the reciepts. All these copies and stuff can be good in court if your angry enough to sure for them staling money without your permission. thanks for reading this I hope it helps.
