On July 15, 2008 I pre-paid a few thousand dollars in full and signed a contract to have my website 'rebuilt' with their new technology. I was told that I would have a 'personally dedicated tech support person to oversee my account. After speaking with him that day, he would contact me with a 'sample of the new web site' in a few weeks. 'Within the contract it is noted that it will take "sixty business days to concur all of the data basing and graphic design". After a few phone calls and emails asking for an update on the status of the website, a 'new' support person finally responded on 9-18-08. A partially finished product was 'published' a few days later for me to view. I was told that in a week I would have access to the nearly finished product and be given training on how to navigate the back end of it - in plenty of time to prepare for holiday sales. It is now 11-16-08, that was FOUR weeks ago and my emails & phone call have gone unanswered. My holiday sales are already going down the tubes!
I am doubting the legitimacy of this company and plan to take further action.
