On December, the 14th I purchased, via on|minus|line with a VISA card, a pair of gloves at HTTP|colon|//WWW.AOSBAMBURY.COM . It happenned that they were out of stock and offered me a refund. I answered them asking for that refund but got no answer. I sent them many emails complaning but still got no answer until I wrote them the following, on january the 10th|colon|
"Dear Sir,
in spite of the several emails that I have already sent to you regarding my
Web Order No|colon| 00019468, Transaction Ref|colon| DG|minus|1210|minus|97607 (the item I ordered is out of stock), in wich I ask for a refund|semi-colon| you have yet not answered me.
This is my last attempt to contact you. If you don't answer back by tomorrow, I will asume that you refuse to communicate with me and therefore I shall proceed to execute mi consumer rights trough Consumer Direct.

On the next day I received the following answer|colon|

Sorry for the delay in communication, im afraid our email system has had technical problems, i will organise a refund asap.

I still have not received my refund, and I also couldn't deal with this issue until now.
