A PTR Website That Scams It's Members By Telling Them Once They Reach A Certain Minimum, They Can Cash-Out Their Earnings. Yet When I Have More Than Reached "The Minimum" The Still Would Not Give Me My Money. And They Refuse To Answer My Messages.
