Website fake

I ordered a dvd box set from this website-received email confirmation for it and it was charged and the money has been taken from my account.
I realised it has been quite a while and I still havent received my order so I went to their website to get a number to call or something and the website has been seized!
I want my $50 back! Is there anyway I can get my money back or is there no chance?

DVDs - site is seized what do I do?

This site was seized, but unfortunately a week later than when I purchsed DVDs from the site. It appears this is a site not originating here in the USA as claimed, but instead from China. I need to find out how to get my purchase reversed, do you know who I can contact to get the electronic charges reversed? What do I need to do? Please advise about this fraudulent site.
