fraudulent company
I placed an order for a muffler for my Range Rover on Aug. 28, 2010. I called on Aug. 30, 2010 to cancel. The site says no hassles on refunds. I was told the first time that I called that the order was being processed and someone will contact me about the cancellation within 30 mins. I called them back after an hour and was told that now some carrier service picked it up for delivery. I just find it very odd that I called twice and was told that the order was being processed, then when i asked for my money back I was all of a sudden told that its being shipped. They said that they would send me a free return shipping label and I can't be refunded until they get the item back in 6-7 business days. I think this is wrong since I canceled before they shipped it. I contacted my lawyer to start the process of taking them to court. I also contacted the BBB and PayPal to complain. I strongly advise anyone that is thinking of doing business with this company to NOT DO SO!!! THEY SUCK AS A COMPANY!!! They have $120 of mine and I am going to get it back one way or the other!!!

Terrible company!
I ordered an auto part online and they said they had it in stock and ready to ship. They charged my credit card of the full amount before shipping. The next day I received an e-mail that they were out of stock and they were crediting my money back in the next 4-5 days. After a week I called and they said that they were sorry of what happened but now they had the part in stock and If I ordered they will deliver immediately. I did order and the next day I received the same e-mail that they didn't have in stock and they were crediting my money in 4-5 days. For me is not an economical impact, because they reimbursed me in both cases, but for sure I don't consider them a serious company to do business with.
