Ordered & Paid for informational CD, now they keep debiting my checking.

In June of 2008 I ordered a free informational CD and paid for shipping and handling. I got a NSF check notice in November of 2008. Checking my bank account I found withdrawls monthly from June to present for $39.95. What can I do to stop them from stealing from my checking account by using my debit card number?
