Do not use www.cigarettes-cigars.com. They are a fraud and a scam. I ordered some cigarettes online and paid an extra $90 for FedEx shipping on 1/2/21010. It is 1/12/2010 and they haven't even shipped the product. Their website claims 5 days to receive your product and it's been 10 days and they haven't even shipped yet. I've included copies of email correspondance below as proof. Do not use these people!!

FROM ME: "Order Number XXXXX
Order Number XXXXX was placed on January 2, 2010 and to be shipped via FedEx. According to your website I was suppose to receive this package within 5 business days. Today is that day (January 8, 2010) and I have not received the package. Please refund my money as I paid the extra $90 for FedEx shipping so that I would receive this in the time frame advertised and stated on your website. "


FROM THEM: "Good afternoon,
We confirm that your order has been accepted by our card processor and everything is OK. It has been listed to be shipped in a short time. This delay is due to the fact that our company is fully engaged with orders at this time.
Please be a little patient, you will receive soon our shipping advice concerning shipping date of your goods and the average time of arrival.

FROM ME: "Please Cancel Order Number 177074
Please cancel order number 177074 and refund my money on my credit card. It hasn't even shipped yet!! I ordered this over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. This is why I paid the extra $90 at the time to have these expedited and it hasn't even shipped yet! I understand your busy, however, if you can't handle the volume of business, then hire more people or don't offer expedited services such as FedEx. "
