Purchase made on 12/23; website stated product would ship within 48 hours for delivery in 3-5 days; there were no statments about holiday hours or shipping restrictions on the website so I was presuming the order would go out before Christmas. This was perfect for my plans, as it was a last minute belated Christmas gift, which my family would be celebrating the first week of January due to my work schedule. No shipping confirmation was recevied, so I telephoned to inquire about the status of the order; the business phone rings to voicemail with all calls. I called many times though left only three messages regarding this order over the following 2 weeks, not one of which was returned. The fourth attempt, a rude man answered with only "may I help you?" after many rings. I asked if he was with clocksmall and where my order was, and he was very short and impatient, stating that he'd have to check the warehouse and call me back in 20-30 minutes. It's been a week and he has still not returned my call. When I track my package on the website, it says "order completed 12/23 8:05am" and "Shipping status: not shipped". I have emailed at least 3 times and likely more, all of which have also gone answered.
