5 star customer service: i needed to get a car, but had some real credit problems, so i was given the name of the credit physician by the car dealership, so i called 1-888-406-2050 and visted there web site www.creditphysician.net and wow, i got some real help, i had know idea how messed up my credit was, but the credit physician empowered me to take control of my credit, they gave me tools and knowledge, most of the time i hear others complain about there bad credit and blame every body else, but the credit physician put me on a fast track of true credit restoration, my score jumped over 160 points over two months and now i am driving a brand new car, i am so glad to be back in control, , , , , , thank you credit physician

All of these comments were written by the credit physician Dr. Mike himself, they are not from real customers. Just read them and you can tell look at the one written by a "Dr.", what kind of Dr. misspells words? The Credit Physician is a horrible way to go, he takes your money, rarely returns phone calls, can be very hostile if you ask to many questions (once you are a customer of course), won't put anything in writing and doesn't do anything but temporary things for your credit report by disputing everything on it appearing to make your score rise and then of course once it's all proven it's yours by the agencies your score goes back down. He likes to tell you that all of these complaints are made by people who expected him to do things fast and were disappointed because they don't understand the process or that the complainers don't do everything he tells them to so he can't help them but this is NOT TRUE, two other friends and I used him and all three of us did everything he said and waited patiently for our score to go up. My one friend has been using him over a year and she has seen little progress and cannot get Dr. Mike to return her calls. He is very unprofessional, he will be very nice when you are sending him money and has an explanation for everything but then when you need to reach him or have an issue with the fact that nothing is happening he disappears and will then get upset with you for trying to get in touch with him. I wouldn't recommend the Credit Physician on my worst enemy!!! He has lawsuits pending in multiple states and has even changed his name, do the research and take the real complaints to heart, he is not worth your money; use it to pay down a credit card instead. Side Note: He has you enroll in a website called CreditKeeper.com, it's $14.95/month and will take you through all the steps of improving your credit yourself so save the $485 and the stress and just join there if you want to raise your score because CREDITPHYSICIAN.NET IS NOT WORTH IT. If you are still going to use him after being forewarned DO NOT pay him with a GreenDot MoneyPak, pay him by check or something that leaves a trail so later when you sue him like everyone else you will be able to prove what he did to you, I would also highly suggest recording the phone conversations with him as well, he is shady and deceptive and there's no need for you to learn the hard way!
