Al Costanzo "dynamic software" (url: www.DynamicSoftware.com) has a cyber cheater, who cheated me $150 usd
against commitment of delivery SEO suit 8.0 SEO software.
as we came to know that he was a partner of apexpacific.com and was dealing SEO software original
introduced by www.apexpacific.com . he received $150 from us by three different payment
1st payment - $69.95 (through his website payment gateway option )
2nd " - $69.95(through paypal )
3rd .."...$10.00(through paypal)
after receiving $150 usd he issue code for SEO suit 8.0 but after some time he make a produces a falls email in which
he show that we charge back only $10 out of full payment amount $149.90 .
the above disputed amount we neither claim for charge back nor received any time in any circumstances,
but Al Costanzo "dynamic software (url: www.DynamicSoftware.com) on behalf of this reason he closed my code of said software
which I purchased from him by paying $149.90. and by this way he cheated us our $149.95.

when I send again disputed amount $10 he refused this amount and also refused restore my software code, after enquiry
we found that Al Costanzo cheated several person including software provided company " www.apexpacific.com ".
after several discussion /email I confirmly say that Al Costanzo "dynamic software" (url: www.DynamicSoftware.com) is a habituated
cheater on internet . I posted this incident because I don"t want that he could not cheat any person in future.
